Paid with confirmation email, no tracking number provided until asked. Given tracking number is scam. Did not answer email. Waste of money and time. Big scammer.

Ordered from the site online paid money via BPAY and no products have been received to date. Order was placed in 10/02/23 paid on the day and still nothing. Disputed with my bank and Celcius have declined refund even though I have never received item. Sent repeated emails and messages via Facebook page - NOTHNG! Massive scam do not waste your money!!!!

Oh dear, I should have read these reviews before I ordered. How s&*t is this? Wondered why I hadn't got my stuff.... now I know why grrrrrrrr. What the.

I ordered on the 18th February and received an email yesterday, 3. April 2023, that the goods were sent. My frequent requests to stop the order because I was leaving Australia early March were ignored.
The only constructive and useful advise I have? Don't buy from Celsius!!

Terrible customer service. Find another online company. I ordered products 12th Feb, sent an email asking where it was on 1st March. I receive an email same day saying they will express post it tomorrow. 4th April I email again asking where it is and receive an email back same day saying they refunded the money 6th March. No email telling me this, no phone call, nothing. Horrible customer service and now after 2 months of waiting I have to source another company.

No stars for this company! DO NOT purchase from this company as they don't send the goods and none of the email or phone options provided work. I've asked my credit card company to dispute the payment if it isn't already too late. I should have checked the reviews before placing my order because as you'll see, there are lots of negative reviews about the same issue.

I purchased from Celsius over 1 month ago, and have had no updates since. All phone calls, emails and contact their their website portal ignored. I have reported to ACCC. Please avoid!

Placed and paid for an order on 11th March and promptly received a system generated email confirming my subscription. Have heard nothing since that initial email and cannot get into contact with them via email, FB or IG.
I have since read these reviews!
Have lodged a disputed payment with cc provider.
Would not recommend!

I ordered a product on the 17th February. Received no tracking details. I have emailed several times with no reply. I assume I have been scammed. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company/website is a scam. Quick to take your money but never ship your items. I placed an order on the 12/03, confirmation emails came through dodgy looking, knew something wasn’t right. Various emails for updates have gone unanswered, status is still unfulfilled. Read reviews of so many people in the same situation. I’ve asked for a refund, still no response & no product received. Have now lodged a dispute with my bank. Everyone else should do the same with their own bank! Don’t know how this website has not been taken down already!

We have written to this company due to our order not being delivered after 3 weeks nor receiving a tracking number or any communication. We will be lodging a dispute through SA Consumer Affairs and our Credit Card provider.

I received some of my order but not all of it. They kept telling it me it would be sent soon, but then just stopped replying. Been over 6 months now.

Another scammed customer. No delivery of $113 product no reply to emails, have put in dispute with credit card company.
Surely there are enough complaints to get the Web site taken down. I'm usually so careful 😪

I ordered goods costing $97 on 6 Feb 2023. My credit card was charged immediately and I followed up after a few weeks but still nothing received. My delivery address is a Post Office parcel box location. Australia Post have not received anything from Celsius for my box. I am making a claim through SA Consumer protection and Visa.

Ordered on 19/2. Multiple emails sent and still order states unfulfilled online
Was told on 9/3 this would be shipped as express, has still not arrived on 23/3
Save yourself the trouble, customer service is terrible

Absolutely worse case scenario has happened. An online store that looks legitimate is a scam.

Placed an order on 9/3 with payment taken out of my account with no sign of the goods.

So many scams out there I usually look to see if the company is legitimate but unfortunately did not this time. Shame on this company.

Seems I’m not the only fool to be scammed by this company.
Order placed 19 Feb and items not received.
Multiple communications sent via emails and online contact forms requesting order update, shipping information or refund.
ZERO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED BACK.
Transaction dispute lodged with banking institute and formal complaint submitted with ACCC.
Only thing I have left is to warn others.
