Ordered from these guys and never received anything- ended up going to the store to try to talk to a manager, they told me over the phone that the online store isn’t run from their salon location but it is… call and try to get to the male owner joe he dodges calls from customers and tells them “he will flag it with the online store and get them to respond asap”

I ordered 3 items from celcius.com.au and only after read the reviews. I was pretty worried that is scam website but my delivery arrived one week later with correct products.
I am confused about other people s experiences here. I got my tracking number and order confirmation and all went good for me.

Product not shipped, emails ignored.
I placed an order in 25th February.
The company has not sent the items. They have not responded to my multiple written requests for an update or a refund. I have contacted on fb and multiple email. No response.

Its a SCAM. Don’t buy from here

As at mid March, the company has not sent the items. They have been in touch to offer an alternative for an out of stock product, but have not responded to my multiple written requests for an update or a refund.

I have opened a payment dispute with my payment provider, reported them to the ACCC, and am in the process of filing a complaint with South Australian Fair Trading (consumer and business services).

Very disappointed given the main reason I purchased was because I was a previous client of their day spa/beauty clinic.

Update as of 7 May 2023 - the company appears to have taken down some of their socials, no longer lists certain payment providers on their website. My order is nowhere to be seen.

Update 10 May - I have been able to get a resolution/refund after escalating my formal request for assistance through SA consumer and business services. I would encourage anyone having issues to look at the formal pathways available to them.

Update at 12 March - Celcius refunded my money.
Don’t use this “company”. I have begun a formal complaint process and am investigating how to get my money back. Placed order 12 Feb and have made numerous attempts to contact them since. They responded once telling me they’d “found” and shipped the order again but still did not provide tracking number and my order still has not shown up. I am also wishing I had read these other reviews prior to orderIng from them.

Do not use this company. Hopefully the Australian government will shut them down soon before they rip off to many more trusting customers.

I ordered a product and paid for it on the 9 February 2023. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with them, I did not receive it. I have asked for a refund and have heard nothing. It is approaching a month now and still no product, or refund or any information about when or if I will receive it.

I wish I had of researched beforehand. Made a purchase on 11 Feb, no communication, no tracking, no order.

I wish I red the reviews on here before I ordered from Celcius Beauty, still waiting on order placed the 19th Feb, no correspondence at all and I live in the same city like 20min away. Emailed them and no reply. Quick to take your money and when you want to trace your order you need to register with shop that wants access to you emails and that's part of Shopify. The tracking is awful also does not show anything useful. Last entry Order Placed

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered Napoleon foundation in JULY last year, which fair enough, some of the delay was a Napoleon issue. FINALLY got my order in JANUARY after it was sent to the wrong address despite 2 previous emails advising of a change of address. Then it was the wrong shade!! 🙄 Said they would send correct ones, still haven’t got them! Can’t track them as no tracking number (incorrect package did have tracking). No response to numerous emails or online contact form. No phone number to call them. Now trying to get a refund. Absolutely appalling!! 😡😡

This place is truly the worst and I am pursuing legal action. I thought they looked legitimate and couldn't be stupid enough to have an actual shop front and the real details of their ABN available online without being a decent business. It appear they are indeed THAT stupid, and what does that make me for trusting them? DO NOT USE this site. They are complete crooks.
They offered me a partial refund on a purchase that is never coming.

Terrible communication, terrible delivery times, sent several emails and wanted to cancel my order, was told orders cannot be cancelled. called the retail beauty store several times as my emails were being ignored or responses were generic nothing to respond to my requests, I normally google reviews but did not, lesson learned. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, I feel so stupid!!!! My order was paid for and never delivered, they are not answering my emails. I am surprised they are still in business..does anyone know who I can report them to? Outrageous!!! How can people live with themselves..

I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option! Paid over $150 for products. Never received, and now they are not responding to emails. I have also sent messages via their facebook messenger. I will also be contacting police. DO NOT purchase from this website!

Placed and order and paid for it and have not received it. I wish I checked out reviews first before purchasing because it looks like a scam!! Going to report them if I dont get a response

This company is absolutely atrocious. I wouldn’t ever even dare a consideration to purchase. Unfortunately I join the long line of customers who haven’t received their order. The emails are horrid in response time, you could fly back from China before they get back to you with empty promises. I am utterly appalled, infuriated and left our of pocket because of this. I have turned business away repeatedly and am having the company investigated to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen. I had found their phone number via their Facebook page if you haven’t tried that, but again you’d be wasting your breath. I hope they sleep well at night being absolute poor excuses for humans, taking money and never delivering the product. Pure embarrassment they are!

Spent $80 on an order that hasn’t arrived. No replies from Celsius to my emails asking where my order is. No phone number provided to call.
I have reported them to the ACCC and I encourage everyone else to do so too.

Are these people actually based at 237 Unley Road Malvern?? They are stealing our money, how can they still be able to operate. Have police been there. They have F@@ked with the wrong person here…..

Farkkkkkk. I bought from this company two years ago no issues. But now it looks like they turned scam. Their prices are double to compare to other companies and they won't send your order after payment and receipt. This sucks balls. I hope they burn to the ground and get a terrible disease and suffer with large medical bills and pain and suffering. Punts... With a capital C not P!
