I purchased Petkit Purobot Max Pro automatic litter box on 31-Dec-2025, and it’s shipped immediately, and I received it on 2-Jan-2026. We really liked the it and everything is perfect up to now. Thank you, will definitely use them again!

This company went out of their way to personally deliver a Christmas gift when I was let down by another company last minute, went above and beyond. We were so grateful.

I have to admit I was a little concerned about placing an order with a company I’d never heard of but their customer service responded very quickly and in such a friendly manner when I asked some questions that I decided to take a gamble. With a 10% discount as a new customer, the price of the automatic pet feeder was the best I could find on the internet. Delivery was swift and trackable which was very reassuring and the product arrived in perfect condition. If only every company was such a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered a self cleaning cat litter (I think this is when you know you’ve run out of ideas of what to buy!) It was a good price but with their Black Friday coupon, a great price (over £80 cheaper than Amazon which was on promotion). With a company I have not heard of before and a very good price I was a little nervous but thought let’s go for it. Glad I did. Apart from a delayed delivery due to the courier, all delivered as expected - extremely pleased. Customer services were also prompt and polite when enquiring on the parcel delay.

The Petkit Pura Max 2 is a total waste of money. I paid £439 for an automatic cleaning litterbox that doesn't clean after every use, doesn't weigh the cats correctly and displays vastly different weights depending on the day..the item is glitchy and cannot be relied upon. I reached out to Petkit and they are not helpful in getting me a refund. I reporting both company's to the BBC Watchdog for consumer affairs as both companies do not have phone numbers and do not reply to emails concerning their products..very poor experience and would NOT recommend ANYONE BUY from either company.
