I purchased an automatic water fountain for my cat,but the first one was faulty. Customer service was amazing though they arranged a replacement immediately and I received it the next day.This is my second purchase and I’m very happy with the service.

I placed an order on this website and I was not really sure, but I checked the trustpilot. it was very good. So I trusted it and placed my order. I ordered the wrong product and so I contacted the customer service and they were very quick with the resolution and they provided the refund there and then and I also was having issues with applying the discount for first time coupon on the different product that I was ordering, so they sent me and already applied discount link which was then shipped quickly. This is so amazing that an Irish business is doing so well. I hope someone will find this review useful and order from them without any fears. Thank you for the customer service for being so kind.
