I found CeltiCook when looking for new office speakers. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. I was happy to find CeltiCook and the fact they were cheaper than other places made it more appealing. Placed my order and had it in 4 days delivered by courier (free). Order came well packaged and I'm delighted with my new Edifier M60's. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks

I placed an order after reading the many excellent reviews about this company. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and comments about their “excellent customer service” were the main reasons I decided to buy from them.

I placed my order yesterday. The website clearly states that orders are dispatched the same day or the following day. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I was informed that the owner is currently on holiday and there is nobody available to process orders. As a result, my order will not be shipped for another week.

This is simply not acceptable. If a business is unable to fulfil orders because the owner is away, customers should be informed before purchasing, not afterwards. Taking a holiday is completely understandable, but basic business continuity should be in place, especially when customers are paying for products and expecting the service that is advertised.

Based on my experience, the “excellent customer service” described in many of the reviews does not reflect how my situation was handled. In fact, it makes me question the authenticity of some of those reviews.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to future buyers. If you need your order dispatched within the timeframe advertised on the website, be aware that this may not happen.
