Had a problem with these taps as there was a lot if resistance on opening them. They were very quickly replaced with ones that worked. Good service and replacement taps work well.

Rainwater diverter
seen Rainwater diverter on line, ordered it and it was delivered with in a few days.
All equipment expected in box, easy to install, and it works, first heavy shower and the water butt was half full. Good product , everyone should fit one and use rainwater for the garden.

Website had excellent technical and product information; however, I didn't find reassuring statements on the privacy position for customer data. The courier service used allowed for telephone contact ahead of time which worked well. The package was all recyclable including the pallet. The item was delivered complete and without damage. The product is as good as the photo on the website (not always the case!) and we are very pleased with it!

Unfortunately the delivery company try…
Unfortunately the delivery company tried to deliver to the wrong house and left a card. Eventually we tracked it down and they delivered about 5 days late.
Standpipe is fine. We have to use an adapter on the tap, wasn’t expecting that.
