Good product at a competitive price. What swung it for us was the complete service, we were replacing existing blinds and required removal and disposal of existing. Not a problem we were told, and that proved to be the case. We were kept informed of progress throughout and installation was a breeze. Can’t fault them.

The whole process from start to finish was efficient, aided by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who advised, which continued during the survey, ending with fitting by a skilled operator whose attention to detail was excellent and reassuring. The awning is brilliant, a must in this warm summer, and we look forward to the arrival of the shutters.

Although I had to wait a little longer than anticipated for my shutters it was well worth the wait. The fitter was efficient and tidied away any mess created, he was finished fitting the shutters in less than 4 hours. I have very tall windows and he brought his own steps to reach the tops of the window frames. I am extremely happy with the finished work and the quality of the craftsmanship.
