Found CEN whilst looking for a supplier of the speakers I needed for my van. From my intial phone call to visiting them for installation, my experience was excellent.

Sean and his staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond as not only did they install my new speakers, they uncovered another issue that was my fault and fixed it whilst carrying out the other works.

Both the fitters were great to talk to, and showed me how to get the best out of my current head unit and speakers, along with advice on how to improve the sound going forward.

I’ll definitely be going back and recommend anyone to give them a try.

I want to give my 110% positive recommendation to CEN. I love cars, and I love car audio, but I find the majority of car audio dealers to be shady and not good for their promises. Sean (the sales director) and his team at CEN have been unbelievably helpful and accommodating to me as a customer. When some of their competitors left me high and dry, Sean stepped in (on a Saturday) and helped me get the right replacement Focal speakers for my Mercedes. Exceptionally good service. Thank you.

I purchased a Pioneer SPH-DA77DAB Wireless Apple CarPlay Bluetooth DAB Radio Car Stereo, with DAB aerial & steering wheel control interface unit for my Mazda MX 5 NC. Before I purchased this headend unit , I contacted Sean at CEN who was most helpful with answering multiple queries. His advice was excellent & this ensured the fitting went seamlessly, which I carried out myself. CEN dispatched the unit to fit my timeframe & the price was most competitive. Sean and the team at CEN automotive were fantastic. I wanted to upgrade the base audio in my 2023 BMW 330e Touring and Sean was on hand to give excellent advice and options. When I went to see them Sean showed me some options and explained what the differences would provide. I went ahead and am totally happy with the results. Much better sound. I’d definitely recommend for any car audio upgrades. Thanks all.

Met Sean Chadburn on CEN’s stand at the Practical Classics car show at the NEC and immediately got the impression this company sells quality product and ‘knows its stuff’.
Decided on a Retrosound unit which would suit my 1994 MGRV8, together with 6 new speakers and an electric aerial.
Time goes by and fitting was yesterday. On arrival at 7:30 I asked if bonnet and boot floor sound deadening could be added, in addition to the standard fit door deadening. Yes, of course i was told.
The excellent and super friendly Jason worked on the car all day.
On testing it was found the short aerial was slightly inadequate so another hour was spent fitting a longer item. Everything was no problem - the aim was to get the best sound from the system.
I am totally satisfied with the service from this very professional and friendly company and I intend to use CEN to replace the radio and speakers in my 45 year old Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11.

Purchased a cd transport and couldn't make the remote control work. A replacement remote was delivered the next day! Unfortunately it then appeared to be the cd transport that was at fault. As soon as I provided a tracking number for the returned unit, a replacement was in the post with next day delivery. This unit works as expected.
Outstanding customer service such as this is the best publicity for CEN UK because I'll be looking to them first in future and telling all to do same.
Oh, and it's worth mentioning that CEN UK price was £60 cheaper than anywhere else in the UK, which is always nice.
CEN UK- What's not to like?

I was looking for an external battery backup for my Blackvue DR770x dash cam and found Cen.UK in a google search
After looking around for options and checking out the reviews for the equipment I was looking at buying I went ahead with my purchase with Cen. My order was picked and packed the same day and dispatched too. Was given to DPD for delivery and received it the next working day
That’s amazing turnaround and now for the installation of the battery for the dash cam- hopefully all will go as planned and this review will remain a positive one
