Excellent from Start to Finish!
Fantastic experience from start to finish!
I went to Central Bikes looking to purchase a bike, but I honestly wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. I’d just completed my CBT and wanted a scooter for commuting into London during the week.
Pete and Nick were extremely helpful and took the time to talk me through all the different options, answering all my questions and recommending what they felt would be the best option for me. There was absolutely no pressure, and I really appreciated their knowledge and guidance.
When I went back to collect my new scooter, the handover was brilliant. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I felt comfortable and reassured before heading off.
I’ve now been commuting on my scooter for the last month and honestly don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner! It’s made commuting so much easier and enjoyable.
Fantastic work, guys. I’d highly recommend Central Bikes to anyone looking for a bike or scooter. Thanks again, Pete and Nick!

A great company to do business with! The had the bike I was looking for in the exact colour. On initial contact, Pete was both knowledgeable and friendly, certainly giving me confidence in the company I was dealing with. They managed to get the bike registered and delivered well on time with great communication throughout. Am looking forward to getting some miles on the road over the summer! So, thank you, Central Bikes for your professionalism!

Bad Servicing
HI All
I was charged £89 per Hour for an Engineer
and then when I picked up my bike after
paying £450.00 for a service rip OFF
they had not put oil in my bike complete
Rip OFF please guys be aware before you take
your bike for servicing please check before you
leave after the service and check they have put
OIL in your bike as they refused to accept they had forgot but charged me for oil and stated the bike would not of left the garage without oil
they are complete lairs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
will not brings back to garage but they offered
me 20% discount if I decided to have it serviced again I think not !! is the 20% discount before or after they charged me for the oil they did not put into my bike after servicing !!!!!!!!!
Avoid this Company as they charge
a redicoulous fee of £89 Per hour for an engineer to service your bike I must change my career !!

Terrible aftercare
Helpful when selling the motorbike but terrible aftercare and rude customer service when discussing why you have to become a riding advertisement for them once you've bought your bike with their branded REG plates. This should be expressed before purchasing the bike as a choice.
