Pure city electric bike
Ordered an electric bike for my wife. Jordan was very helpful and when unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock he offered me an alternative which was the same bike just a different colour without the basket. Jordan sourced a basket for me and fitted a light.
I found Jordan very helpful.
The bike arrived today and we are mostly happy with it except the rear light didn’t work. I did call and ask for Jordan who was not available at the time so spoke with someone else. I explained the issue to be told that this was due to a different battery that was fitted. Not 100 percent sure I believed this as watching videos on the bike and reading the manual it looks to me to be the exact same battery which has the rear light built in.
Ordering online was easy with very swift delivery
Website was easy to navigate with good info and very competitive pricing. The store promptly followed up after online order placement to confirm receipt and check agreeable days for delivery. They also offered to convert the bike to a tubeless setup at a very reasonable cost.
Bike was delivered just 2 days after placing the order.
Extremely well packaged in terms of carton and also protective fabric over frame and components to prevent any marks / abrasion during transport.
Really delighted with the bike and the experience of using Electric Life - highly recommend them.

only groan was courier they used just dumped the bike on doorstep, didnt even ring the bell

It was very well packed in one box inside another with lots of padding and bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Not only that I got the bike that I wanted (Dawes Spire Crossbar) £400.00 cheaper than anywhere else. Fantastic service and I've recommended them to a couple of friends already.
Avoid this company if possible……
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, particularly dealing with someone named Jordan. I ordered an e-bike that was advertised as being in stock, only to be told afterward that it would actually take up to 3 weeks because they were ordering it from abroad.
The communication throughout the process was frustrating and unprofessional. Jordan, who was often rude in his responses, promised that I would receive an email once the e-bike arrived. That email never came. When the bike finally turned up, I was shocked to find that some components were already broken. What makes this even worse is that the bike was fully wrapped and came with a checklist that had been ticked off as if everything was fine—yet it was still sent out in that condition.
This experience has left me with no confidence in the company’s honesty, quality control, or customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I’d give a zero if I could. Don’t know if they are inept, liars or thieves or all three. Bought a bike from Media Markt online. Mediamarkt apparently subs out these clowns who said they didn’t have it and to buy another one we didn’t want for 200 euro more. We said no and they asked if we’d wait indefinitely for the bike we want? We said no and then they said shockingly we confused you with another customer. Suddenly, we had a delivery coming which never arrived. We told them we had a delivery coming and asked if it was the bike they didn’t have but we ordered? They went silent for days. Then they put on mediamarkt’s website we received a bike they said they did not have. We never received anything. Nada! Nothing. The delivery company mediamarkt uses from Germany, gdp delivered something somewhere but wont say to whom or where they delivered something. We called mediamarkt and they said this company I am rating was responsible. Really? They don’t answer calls, emails or what’s app. We wrote to their delivery people, gdp and they said to write to seur. No one can tell us what was delivered, to whom or what address. Meanwhile we have no bike and they have our 999 euros. Don’t do business with this sham of a company. Again, inept, dishonest and thieves. Buyer beware. The worst company ever! We don’t look forward to the days, weeks or months ahead to try to get our money back from these completely inept people.

I'm really impressed with Electric Life. I needed some specific support and advice with regards the bike components I needed. They were extremely helpful, professional and delivered my order very quickly. I'll definitely be back when I need future parts for my electric bike.

Do not buy
Do not buy. I phoned In advance and asked if I bought a new switch bike remote would it reset back to original factory settings which I was advised would be the case. I plugged in to my existing kit and it defaulted to the last instruction from the current controller.
Tern Verge P10 - Excellent Service
I ordered a Tern Verge P10 at a great price and it came really well packed (double boxed) and was delivered when they said it would be. I checked torque settings and indexing and it was all perfectly checked and set up by them. I didn't have to adjust anything. Really outstanding service!
Excellent After Sales Service
I wasn't sure about buying an ebike from a website, I always worried about support if something went wrong. The prices on their store were so good I took the gamble. The gamble paid off, I needed their help to warranty an AXS battery with SRAM and they were fantastic to deal with. Jordan handled the claim quickly and kept me informed throughout, I had a new replacement battery back on my bike within days. I would definitely buy from them again, excellent sales process and brilliant aftercare. Thank You.

Despite a delay with the Cycle to Work Scheme, the team at Electric Life went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. With just a deposit, they reserved the bike for me at the agreed discount sale price and kept me informed every step of the way. This level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.
A special shout-out goes to Jordan, whose professionalism and attentiveness made the entire process seamless. He was not only responsive and supportive but also ensured that all my questions were answered promptly, making me feel confident and well-informed throughout.
When the paperwork was finally completed, the bike arrived super quickly and was impeccably packaged and set up. It was 99% ready to ride straight out of the box!

Electric Life book review
This book was honestly amazing it had so much tension and suspense it made me a bit uncomfortable at the end it was a moment to cry. As it is on the Carnegie book awards, it is such an awesome book that there should be a part 2 ngl I'd 100% gonna put it on at the top of the list as it is a wonderful/sad book.
I would give it 5 stars as it is incredible!!!
This book would be 4 the ages between 12-16 cuz it's an older middle school book!!

Electric life responded positively to my request for a refund on a battery that I had bought when there was a discount. I had tried without success, to buy a bike battery during the discount period. I did not succeed. Electric Life accepted my request for a refund very quickly.
Absolutely stay away from this company
Absolutely stay away from this company. Their customer support is shocking. My brother & I spent £8000 on new Orbea bikes from here. His battery failed on his bike took 5 months to get a battery from Orbea. Electric Life said they would pay for warranty work. Just send them the bill to have bike fixed. Then turned around and said it’s not an Orbea warranty so wouldn’t pay it’s Shimano warranty sorry when you buy a Orbea Rise bike the battery is part of the bike

Absolutely terrible customer service my delivery of a expensive top end ebike had been damaged by the courier and trying to co operate with the company has been terrible currently massively out of pocket and have nothing to show for it! The manger had called me at 12am and said he’d ring again at 1:30pm to discuss the situation but now it’s currently ten till 4 and I have no call back or no answer to my calls or emails. Don’t waste your time with this firm extremely disappointed!
