I got a first class service…
I got a first class service from this company. They went the extra mile to get my bike ordered (over the phone) assembled and delivered to me up in Scotland - just in time for my travels abroad. I ordered late on a Friday, and the bike was with me mid morning the following Friday. (it needed to come in from Cannondale first) I did a lot of research on the fit before buying, and this time was not wasted. Arrived exactly as expected. It even came with simple pedals and straps, all ready to go. Thank you Electric Life for your help in making this happen :-)

I brought an ebike from Electric Life through my company's cycle to work scheme. Electric Life was friendly and quickly replied to my questions. They had no problem modifying the shipping dates to better fit with my schedule. I've been using my ebike for a few months now and fits my needs perfectly. Its conformable, easy to ride, and fun.

A Great Experience
I enjoyed my experience with eletriclife. They supported me throughout my purchase & stayed in continous contact with me. I was not however, happy with Fedex. They went way past my expected date of delivery & when my package finally arrived it was damaged. It was impossible to make contact with any one at Fedex. I refused to except the package & it was returned to the store. Electriclife Gave me a full refund. They agreed to ship UPS if I wanted to reorder. Which I did & promptly received my package the second time around. I am looking forward to doing business with Electriclife again in the future.
Worse company I have ever dealt with…
Worse company I have ever dealt with bought a mobility scooter and the seat is not fitting on properly so it keeps on wobbling contacted the company on many occasions and still haven’t done anything about it and now won’t even respond to my emails

Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Bought an e-cargo bike through the cycle to work scheme. Was very easy ordering and had great communication about when my bike will be built and delivered etc. Ruben was very helpful.
Due to the size and weight of my bike, it was sent by direct courier, who accidentally forgot to deliver my charger/spare key etc. with the bike. One quick phone call to them, was delivered same day (about 3 hours after the phone call, when I live about 2 hours away from the shop), and they were very apologetic. Mistakes like this happen and I think this is the best service I have ever had rectifying something like this. Would definitely recommend.

e-bike long distance purchase
I found the team at Electric Life to be really accommodating. My C2W scheme took longer than expected to get the payment to them, but with a deposit they held onto the bike (Orbea Rise M10) for me, maintained it at the agreed discount sale price and kept me informed on status throughout.
The bike arrived very quickly once the paperwork was completed. It was very well packaged - essential with a carbon frame. Shock, forks, brakes & gears were well set up by the mechanics, just the front wheel & pedals for me to attach, otherwise good to go straight out of the box.
My experience with Piers & Ruben was great throughout the process and they've checked in with me post delivery to make sure I was happy.

I called for a new battery price they refused to sell me one Because I didn’t buy the bike from them they informed me they won’t sell me any spare parts for the bike either wouldn’t even give me a price for a new battery very childish company
Poor Customer Service
Broke the handle on my Pro Rider electric golf trolley & was looking either to source a replacement handle, or to replace it altogether, given its 9 year age. I completed an online enquiry along those lines & received an email shortly afterwards, asking for photographs of the trolley, to be able to assess the situation. I sent these off by return, but have heard nothing further. Poor customer service, which has lead to my taking my custom elsewhere.
Never supplied bike
Ordered a bike which was shown to be in stock with a 5 day delivery time.
Delivery date kept getting pushed back.I had to constantly ask for updates.
Claimed my bike had been stolen in a break in, promised replacement could be sourced, again I had to keep asking for updates, ultimately I asked for a definite date the bike would be supplied by and they did not bother responding.
This process went on for approximately 10 weeks.
I don't believe they ever had or could get the advertised bike.
No other suppliers were advertising stock.
