I hooked the drain backwards. Customer service was very helpful by analyzing the issue and providing instructions. Once I hooked it up correctly it began producing ice in minutes. Sonic ice as advertised.

It seems that the items did help. Didn't cut my bill in half as advertised, but the bill was below a $100 which isn't normal for this time of year with 2 window units and 3 fans going pretty much constantly. So it does help but the electric company won't be out to check on things.

you replaced my damaged piano that was delivered damaged in less than a week!

I just gave this to my granddaughter yesterday and she has only been in the Land Cruiser one time. First experience has been good. The quality seems good. I like the seatbelts so overall first impression is good.

Delivery was very poor. Issue may be with FedEx and not the company.

Poor customer Service.
I was mailed an item from New Jersey, and because they wanted to make it hard for me to return it, I was told to mail it back to their warehouse in California. Which would have refunded me 30% less of what I paid.
I eventually had to go to my financial institution to investigate this issue.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price and it was delivered on time 🤗

The desk we ordered came damaged but they were extremely good about getting another one out to us quickly so we could put our room back together. It was easy to assemble and looks beautiful in our den. Thank you for the help and the great looking desk.

Product price, good service and fast

On April 6th of '26, the right front wheel assembly broke off while pushing my cart laden with groceries. On the 7th, I sent an Email to the company along with a picture of the damaged assembly. In less than 24 hours later, I had already received a response. A little more information was needed and was given. Within a week, 2 new front wheel assembly units were sent to me. Although it was a bit of a nuisance to remove the offending unit, I kept the wrench from the original assembly plus a pair of pliers to hold the axle secure was all that was needed. It certainly didn't take rocket science to figure it out. What I truly appreciate is the fact that this company is completely responsive to the customer's needs. Since I don't have a vehicle at my disposal and have to walk with my cart over a mile to reach the closest supermarket, this cart is basically a lifeline for me.

Broken pieces

I've never heard of this company, but after finding a fantastic price for some counter stools I was looking for and checking out online reviews, I decided to try them out. So happy I did...shipping was super fast, great tracking and shipping updates, and the items arrived exactly as pictured and in great condition. On top of the best price I found anywhere. If I knew that the sun would eventually do damage to my product? I probably would have picket another option. I'll build a little shed around it, too keep the sun out. But other than that I think I'll be very happy with my purchase.

The chairs were delivered on-time. Insulation instructions were accurate. No miss marked pieces. About 1 hour for the first chair. 2nd much easier.
We bought these chairs to match 2 broken chairs. Thinking of replacing the 4 other chairs with these as they look great and very sturdy.

The company is fine & kept me well informed during the shipping process. The customer service was excellent. However, the product (shopping cart)was not. The front wheels would sometimes fail to rotate in unison, making it impossible to roll forward. This would happen especially when turning. I would have to turn the wheels manually and adjust them. Also, the cart would not fold up all of the way until many attempts, again because the rotating wheels would not line up. The cart was to be used by a person of advanced age.
