I have has several phone conversations with Trevor in the Tech Dept regarding sortware download, programming the dispensing unit & personalising the information on the portal and every time he has been a wealth of knowledge, calm and understandable.

Trevor banks was the one helping me with our b.smart system, he was phenomenal. answered all my questions, and helped figure out my little problems on the programming.
highly recommend if having any issues to get with Trevor.

Great service but DPD leaves a lot to be desired
Unlike the Piusi website, this one was easy to navigate to find to items I needed to sort out a problem with my fuelling supply. The order was processed promptly, and correctly and arrived, eventually.
It must have been a bad day for DPD because they arrived several hours before their scheduled delivery and were just about to depart when I met the driver. He refused to deliver the parcel because he said that he'd recorded a "nobody at home" (despite the fact that I have a standing instruction with DPD to leave in a safe place) and it would have to go back to the depot even though I was holding the parcel in my hands! So much for commonsense!
