The item required was urgent
The item required was urgent, for an emergency. I was sent the wrong item. The correct item was supposed to be delivered 5 days later, apparently nobody was present to receive it (despite security camera proof that they were), now it’s being delivered another four days later.

A great team on the end of the phone, very helpful and even when i called back with a second order they were very helpful and even managed to get the delivery on one carriage which also saved us money, very pleased!

Aqua Snake Purchase ordering process was simple
The whole ordering process was simple. I was kept informed of the progress of the order and kept up to date with the expected delivery time. Everything went smoothly.
