Internet works, but Customer Service is Horrible.
Service is good, but Customer Service is Horrible. Signed up a couple months ago for a new house. It was easy to move into the new house and have service right away. As long as you never have to call customer service and sort out issues, I guess you'd be happy with them. I've been trying for a couple of months to get logged into this new portal to see my account and billing information. In the meantime I've had billing issues, contacted customer service a handful of times and have been unable to get my issues resolved. I don't think I should have to spend three months calling, and emailing customer service to make a few account changes. Not to mention the billing issues. Charged my credit card, and then send me a message saying my payment failed. Call customer service they said everything's fine, and then 2 days later I got another message saying payment failed. Now they've transferred over to the new portal, I still can't get logged in, but was on the phone earlier this week with another customer service rep re the portal issue, who told me that my credit card was not on file and my service would be disconnected if I didn't take care of that. No notice my auto payment I was previously set up on didn’t transfer over to their new system. The old website was almost useless. For technology company I gotta say they certainly don't have their shit together.

Shanice is patient, thorough troubleshooter, courteous, very professional, knowledgeable and is the best IT person that I have ever spoken with. The representative was patient, and informed. Talked me through the processes with explanations. The issue was resolved due to him knowing what to do. It's Sunday and a holiday tomorrow, I hated to call but we need wifi to function, so I made the call for support, I was nervous due to the other factors, but I didn't feel like a bother at all. He helped me with a pleasant voice! Thank you, you're doing a Wonderful job!

I chose this service partly because of the advertised $200 gift card promotion. After starting service, I never received it. I’ve reached out several times by phone and email and have not received any clear answers or resolution—just repeated statements that it’s being looked into. Communication and follow-through have been extremely lacking.
