I got a new client and needed a binder with a higher coverage amount. Kelly, the Cerity rep handled this expeditiously. Without her and Cerity I would not have been able to secure a sizable contract. Thank you!

More options online
I would like to have more options on the internet, and be available to print my policy. But if you send it every time i renew it, will be better.
i have to update my review i received my policy documents, and i see more options and prices are good!

Hey Sandy, thanks for the feedback. Would love to hear more about what you mean when you say you want more options. Also, your policy documents are in your customer portal, which you were sent a link to when you purchased. We also send an email letting you know your policy is there when you renew. The policy is a PDF file, so you can download and print it any time you like.

Hey May, we are definitely nothing remotely like a scam. We're backed by a 100+ year old workers' comp carrier with an "Excellent" rating by AMBest - the World's largest credit rating agency. It is true that our prices are so affordable that it can feel unreal. But we're real. And we have a great many happy small business customers that know it. If there is certain information you're looking for, our Learning Center on our website is pretty deep. Otherwise, just reach out!

Good integrity. Slow on delivery.
Cerity fixed all discrepancies. I am staying with them. Finally the right person picked up the phone, asked the right questions, listened and made sure his company kept me as a customer.
"Cerity inaccurately bordering negligence read my final audit data from 6/28/2022 - payroll I submitted for $490 was entered as over $50,000.
Cerity did not communicate upcoming charges of almost $1500 on a $600 annual premium paid in April 2022. Then it showed on my credit card.
Needless to say 2 days later there is still no answer regardless if the 2 hours spent on the phone.
So far very poor experience. I am looking forward to the outcome."
Outcome was satisfactory. Overall - positive and will stay with them.

Bad UI, Bad Service
Bad UI, bad customer service, poor communication, and overall disorganized. They couldn't even change over to my new credit card correctly and ended up cancelling my account in their confusion. The cancellation caused me to have to find another provider and do a state-mandated audit. Big inconvenience for a payment processing error.
Update - They just charged me a $200 fee. 3 months after erroneously cancelling my account. The cancellation email said they'd be sending over paperwork to fill out and they never did. So now they're charging me a fee for it, which they informed me in an email that they sent at 1am.
Imagine filing a claim with a company this disorganized. They can't even execute billing or account cancellation correctly. Avoid at all costs.

Policy was canceled for no reason
Policy was canceled for no reason. Then tried to call and very difficult to reach a person. Seems like error was on Cerity side as policy was reinstated with no explanation. Poor service.
