Un material bien estructurado, coherente, y sobre todo el disfrute de leerlo, lleno de información pero sin hacerte perder.. Seguiría aprendiendo y certificándome con ellos.

Excelente servicio. No tenía a mano mi certificado y lo solicité a Certiprof por correo; tenía una urgencia para entregarlo en mi trabajo y el mismo día me contestaron eficientemente. Me prestaron muy buen servicio. Juan Alzate que fue la persona que me atendió fue muy diligentemente y amable. Agradecida. Lo que no me pareció fue en relación a la página de certiprof, no fue muy intuitiva, nunca encontré la opción para iniciar sesión, además tiene muchísima publicidad y movimiento. Llega a abrumar.

The course seemed to me to be trying to cover as many marketing topics as possible but with little information. In my opinion, the exam did not match the course material. El examen tenia demasiadas preguntas que no estaban en el material de estudio, lo que no hace sentido. En el material de estudio se menciona un anexo o material adicional, al que no tenemos acceso. Favor corregir.
