Where do I start first off the professional and the authenticity is impeccable. I was at aww by the knowledge REIDINHEALTH displayed. There authenticity made me feel at home and lol working with me so long felt like we became friends. They encouraged me so much when the va was denying me. They was like a coach in the boxing ring pep talked me coached me up and told me go back in and fight for what I deserved. So amazing they have changed my life forever and for that i am forever grateful thank you so much. I have tried so many reps and promises. They delivered

Jon Reid is one of the most professional and honest people I've ever delt with in my 76 years. I've had 3 different consultants try to help me with no outcome.
Finally by luck I found Jon Reid and boy was I glad. I just listened to him and followed his expert advise and went from O% to 100%. He also helped me get TDIU. I never would have thought that was possible. From 1 veteran to another, if you try Jon Reid you won't be disappointed. He's the BEST!

Jon knows exactly how the process should work and how to pull the information required for the recipient. After meeting with him, I realize that I was my worst enemy in the whole process. Jon is a veteran who understands the plight of most veterans. I was completely ignorant of the process and pretty much the VA in general. When I first contacted Jon, I had a rating of 10% and was absolutely frustrated with the whole process. Jon was able to articulate to me perfectly all of my frustrations largely because he had the same experiences. I have found that talking to Jon is as much informational as it is encouraging. I really can’t say enough great things about Jon and the support he’s given me throughout this process. From the start, he’s been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward, which made everything feel much more manageable.

What really stands out are the small things…he always takes the time to respond to texts and calls, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he’s helping. That kind of consistency and reliability means a lot when you’re going through something like this.

Communication is clear and concise, punctual to the meetings (which is respective of your time), explains expectations up front.

Can't say enough great things about working with Jon. The entire VA process can seem overwhelming and it helps to have someone like Jon on your side acting as a guide to avoid the common traps that only delay claims.

He knew how to help and which direction I needed to go while guiding me through the claim process. I can honestly say I would not have gotten the results that I got without him.

Where do I start! It’s been a long journey and ive wanted to quit multiple times, but Jon helped me realize that I needed to keep pushing. The process wasn’t easy but Jon helped me through every step of the way. Ive recommended him to multiple people and they’ve been helped as well.

I heard about Jon from a friend. I did not have high hopes as I got out in 2000. I tried to get a rating back then, but nadda. It's taken about a year since submitting my claim, and the there are a lot of hoops, but Jon is indeed is very familiar with the process and words to use to be heard. He encourages you to present your true concerns only, which I appreciate. I recommend Jon to all of my friends and family, 10/10 would do again.
