Awful company, received a cheap copy of something advertised off instagram. No email regarding purchase, no way to return. No paperwork in the bag. Took ages to arrive. Avoid at all cost, fortunately I didn’t wast too much money, but considering it will go in the bin, it is still too much!!! Instagram need vet their advertisers!!!!!

1 star is way too many for the rubbish they sell. My purchase arrived and what was advertised as plastic is cheap cardboard. Terrible quality. Cheap Chinese rubbish. I paid £30 for a 48 piece toy car set that would sell for £4.99 in any high street shop. Absolute rip off.

This " company " is a joke. A very bad one!
They advertised their items, without specifying items come from China.
I waited 2 weeks , I received nothing, after paying £ 39.99.
Their English language knowledge is very low , they practically cannot communicate properly.
They definitely do not comply with England 's customer service standards.
Cheap, ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!
And as I can see with a vast majority of negative reviews.

Negative star but unable to do that. Purchased 3 devices from this fraudulent company. Ultrasonic rodent deterrent (powerful). What I received was 3 plastic 2 pin boxes with nothing inside do been ripped off. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS ITS ALL SHIT

I wouldn’t even give one star but this is the lowest award. Ordered 4 trouser coat hangers which hold 5 pairs of trousers per hanger and when it arrived after a couple of weeks they were in bits. Not constructed to even hold its own weight never mind even one pair of trousers. Absolute garbage!!!

Ordered over a week ago and now guess what along with all the other reviews they are I believe a fake site. Took my money now can’t contact them.

i ordered a pair of pants about 3 weeks ago. every time i go to track my order it still only says “awaiting shipping” (the website says 3-5 business days) i’ve tried to talk to the website chat and it gives me a link that doesn’t exist no matter what i say or press to respond to it. i tried emailing the support email that’s also on their site and it says that email can’t be found. i hope they didn’t just take my money and not give me the pants i ordered :/

Absolutely awful con. Purports to ship within 5 days of purchase. Waited nearly a month for the item, only for the wrong size to be delivered. Their site chat does not work. The social media replies are automated and no help. The support email address does not reply to enquiries either. Do not believe their site return policies, they do not honour them.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still not received my order and it getting a reply with an update.

Absolutely awful company. Do not shop here. I bought an outfit I needed 3 weeks in advance and it didn't arrive until after the event I needed it for. I still have the package unopened as I've contacted their Customer Support via the email they provide on their website and 3 business days later I've had no reply. I've even tried messaging their in site TAWK system and haven't been replied to in over 2 hours. Do not spend your money here, it's overpriced tat that you can't send back.

I was offered store credit instead of a refund for my items in the form of a code…..when I went to use the code it said it was invalid!! They gave me a fake code that doesn’t work! Now I’ve been emailing, Instagram messaging and even commenting on their Instagram posts they still haven’t replied and are ignoring me! I just want my code to be fixed so I can use it, or just give me a refund like I wanted in the first place due to all this hassle.

I’ve ordered 4 pieces of clothing and It’s nearly been 3 WEEKS! And one of them are still AWAITING SHIPMENT! To top that off the tracking info said they’ll be delivered in the next 24hrs…ITS BEEN 3 WHOLE DAYS! I really need these clothes for a sweet 16 birthday party this friday, and I’m really scared they aren’t gonna come on time!

I bought two items in October and they still havent arrived! At first, it was because I had forgot to put my appartment number on my address. But once that issue was resolved, they delivered my package to the complete other side of the country!!! I contacted customer service and they would only respond after I spammed them during a course of 3 weeks. They still havent resolved my issue and at this point i just want to get a refund for my items. They told me to contact the post company, which I did. The post company told me that CHACHA was at fault since the tracking number that was sent to me by the company wasnt even for a package under my name! I will never trust this website again. I've been trying to contact them for weeks to no avail. Disappointed to say the least.

The quality of the items surpassed what I expected. The sizes ran true, and the materials are very comfortable. The company is also easily accessible if you have questions. Would order from again!

Don’t buy from this shop, the return policy is terrible. You have to pay for it at high cost. They sent me the address after the exchange of several emails in which they tried to convince me not to return the dress.
Moreover, the package arrived later than the expected date

The return process is horrible. There isn't even a real person emailing me, they just keep copying and pasting the same reply. They only sent me the return address (international) which is going to cost almost $50, for a $35 item. No shipping label, no estimated shipping cost, no other help, even though their website says they will send you a shipping label and help with your return. They take almost 2 weeks to send emails only at like 2am even though their site says they help 24/7. There's some shady stuff going on here, do not buy!!!

Don’t buy from this shop. Items not received within shipping time limit and then told only the top and not the skirt would be shipped. Now fighting for a refund. I’m guessing I have few, if any, consumer rights. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered two items from this shop and requested a refund when I didn’t like them. I received the items on the 21 of the month and emailed them about a return on the 23. They have a short window for return policy (within 7 days) and they took two days to reply back to me to tell me that they wouldn’t accept the return because the delivery was late.. then offered me a $5 credit?! Scammy company.

I never got my order even though it says it was deliver! I wrote multiple emails to there customer service over the past few weeks and never got an answer from them!!!! Don’t waist your money!!!!!

Very low quality. Refund costs 26€ from germany because you have to send it back to the UK and you have to pay it yourself. Really disappointing
