quick with refunding me, very understanding and very quick replies! will shop again

I can’t fault Chacha for their customer service, super quick delivery and very quick responses when dealing with returns. Unfortunately the items I ordered had issues with sizing and didn’t look like the pictures on the website. I definitely would order again due to the amazing customer service.

They suck. I was so excited to receive my order after waiting for 2 weeks and when it finally came, one item was missing and the other had a huge hole in my romper. When I talked to customer service to send me my missing item, it arrived defective and I couldn't even button the skirt because it had no hole. The quality of the clothes is poor too and not big breast friendly. I asked for at LEAST a prepaid return shipping label to return everything and they wouldn't give me one so they gave me a $145 gift card (because that's what I spent on my order total), but I don't even wanna shop there again. I don't even like SheIn and even they have better quality stuff than this.

Easy returns! They didn’t take long to respond back to my emails. Nothing confusing, but costed $25 to ship back. Which I understand.

I had a great experience shopping with Chacha, most of my items fit true to size, but I did have to make a return for 3 items. Chacha's customer service was excellent, they gave me a refund for the items that didn't fit correctly and informed me that I didn't need to send back the items. I would definitely shop here again, based on the customer service and quick response times.

When I received the package tracking I was surprised to see that the items/shop is from China.
The items took over a month to arrive and they are mostly of a very bad quality. I wrote 3 Emails already. I wanted to ship items back and get a refund, asked which address I can send it to and they didn't answer on my request but instead offered to send me another size.
I ask several questions and don't get answers or a simple adress I can send the stuff back to.
Now reading the other reviews I'm scared I won't get my money back.
I would NOT recommend ordering from them, it's really a struggle to get in touch with the costumer service and getting treated respectfully.
Edit: my questions aren't getting answered per Email. I didn't get a refund.

ordered a shirt like 2 months ago and the carrier they handed it off too is completely unreliable. the carrier said my order was delievered but i hadnt recieved it so when i followed up with CHA CHA they gave me a completely different story, that my package was returned to the warehouse because the carrier was unable to deliever it to my address. i tried to follow up with the carrier but there is no way to contact them in any form, which is a bit sus. once again i followed up with chacha and they are so unhelpful, keep switching up stories and overall customer service is just outrageous. im contacting them through email and they just keep responding with half assed replies such as "try contacting the carrier." like thats all. nothing else in the email. they told me that my shirt was returned so i am just asking for a refund and they refuse to give it to me. so. i literally just got scammed or something. 10/10 worst shop and worst customer service. i hate them. i just want my $30 back. jesus christ.

COPYRIGHT! This website used EVERSKIES characters to promote their business. That is disgusting. They literally just photoshopped their items on. So many ES designers are falling victim for this. Do not shop at ChaCha !! (Yes, i am a fellow everskies user.)

My friend recommended me. I was a little worried at first, because the logistics time will be a bit long, but the moment I really received the clothes, I liked it so much. It was exactly what I wanted. I like chachashops

They were very thoughtful about my situation. They offered me a gift card at a higher value than the item which I bought but was out of stock. Instead of that I asked for a refund and they promptly put my refund through. They are very good!!

I have waiting for awhile for my items to arrive and when they door they’re very poor quality. The pictures can be deceiving and so I requested a refund. I have never have had to jump the through so many hoops and obstacles. It has been over a month since I have shipped my items and they still are giving me excuses on giving me my money back.

I bought a shirt and there was a hole in the sleeve after I had worn it 2 times. I contacted them over their website and didn't get a reply for mulitple weeks. Then I contacted them over mail and they told me they can resend the top because i bought it too long ago... The quality is clearly bad. I do not reccomend :(

I ordered during the Black Friday sale and have yet to receive my shipping information. It is almost the new year… I understand Black Friday shopping takes time but it’s been almost a month and I have yet to receive shipping information. I emailed them and yet to hear back as well… pls I just want the stuff I paid for /:

Do NOT order from this website. I ordered prior to Black Friday and it is now December 22. They are refusing to issue a refund (I’ve asked 3 times now in the last 3 weeks). Each customer service message is copy pasta, one time they pasted a message sent to someone named Michelle, and then sent it to me. 🥴

You will purchase, get charged, and then never get your items. I believe it’s fair to call this business a scam.

(I’ve seen this business is claiming in other posts that there is no evidence of a customers purchase. The truth is they have no idea if that’s true or not because they can’t even get your name right in an email chain) 🤡

I had ordered some jeans, which were not described correctly (I think they were described as grey - but they're blue). So I asked for a refund and they stated that I would have to return them myself. I returned the item to one of the 2 addresses they gave me with proof of postage and delivery. This is when they state that I require a return order number when I was not provided with one ????? Do I get a refund ? No.
They have poor customer service skills and also will not reply to your emails after a while of pestering. Luckily I used PayPal to purchase the items and got a full refund.
You can purchase any of their items on Aliexpress - its just more convenient using this website.

Dont shop here until you have read the honest 1* reviews that show a similar pattern - they wont give you a refund.

Ordered with blackfriday, paid and everything but it keeps saying 'unfulfilled' have talked to their automatic response a few times.
You apparently get an message whenever you come back on the site a day later or so???

But still havent received anything, they keep saying 2 business days, its been 3 weeks now..

It is really suitable for college students, the design is very fashionable and unique, my friends also think that this style is very suitable for me, I think I will visit this store often in the future, very happy shopping

two weeks in from ordering, no shipping notification. radio silence from customer service.
