I had the worst possible customer experience ever.
Mine got delayed by 3 months. During this time I tried emailing, sending messages in Instagram, Facebook etc, to follow up, but they never replyed. ONLY WHEN I STARTED WRITING COMMENTS ON PUBLIC POSTING THAT THEY WILL REPLY AS NOT TO DAMAGE THEIR IMAGE. I Don’t trust them any more.
BE AWARE!! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!

I absolutely love my water bottle! I got the Smokey Quartz Crystal and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the water bottle is amazing quality! All of my friends want one now too!

Excellent products. I ordered two bottles, two stones and a necklace for my wife. She loved it! I am pretty sure I will order again from Chalazias, they're amazing!

I placed my order on August 30th. I still do not have my bottle and and extra crystal. I have emailed and got responses. However every response was “your bottle will be there next week”. And still 1 month later no bottle and no tracking number. I bought 1 necklace, 1 bottle, and an extra crystal for the bottle. I spent $83. I received the necklace but not the bottles. So very disappointed.

I received a reply to this review 4 days ago. Still haven’t heard anything, haven’t gotten my stuff, or a tracking number.

Update 12/3 tracking number given doesn’t show anything. LW891004531CN. I says “no shipment data found”. So sad.

Update 1/3/2020- still no bottle! This isn’t a mistake in shipping, it’s flat out stealing!

I ordered my bottle October 21, 2019 at 12:01am. On October 23, I received a text message which I deciphered to read that my package has been shipped which I thought was too fast to be true. Just in case, I decided to email the company because I wanted to make sure if that was the case and if so, why wasn't the shipping number provided? After I emailed them that same day, I noticed I was charged twice for the same product. So I had to send another email explaining that I was charged twice and wanted to get that off my card. Because I like to be thorough, I also contacted them on their website with the whole ticket/complaint thing websites usually offer. I didn't receive any contact what so ever from my two emails or the complaint thing but I assumed they received my emails because on October 25, I received a confirmation email about my order being shipped. This time the tracking number was provided except when I checked October 31, I was unable to find it anywhere because I wasn't told how/where I need to go to track my shipment. So I decided to talk with someone directly from their website and I was able to talk with Clara. Shout out to Clara for helping me out with the issues I was having, because she was very nice. understanding, and considerate. She told me what my order number was and the website to track it at which is chalazias.aftership.com, if anyone is wondering, and I double checked and the second charge was taken off my card. Unfortunately, when I went to their tracking website it said, "tracking information is unavailable at the moment." Then I had to contact Clara again, and it took her 3 hours to figure out where my package was which obviously isn't her issue/fault, that would probably be a technical or miscommunication issue. Now, the reason I am giving this product 3 stars has to due with their communication issues. I understand this is a small business/company but things definitely need to change. The other issue is their water bottle is the most amazing idea I have ever heard of/seen but their execution could have been better. The nice thing is, when I tip the water bottle upside down or drink from it, the top doesn't leak; however, the bottom does slightly leak. It's not a consist leak, but a few drops spill on me here and there. I'm not sure if it's the sealing mechanism on the bottom or maybe you have to make sure the bottom is completely dry before attaching it to the glass bottle. The way the crystals are attached to the bottom is a creative interesting idea but I wonder for how long it will stay that way and also worried about thorough cleaning. Build up from water may possibly get underneath the crystal and it's securing mechanism. Overall I think 3 stars is a good start but they have the capability to do better. To summarize, great idea but bad execution for the water bottle, great service once you're able to get a hold of someone, and they need to work things out with their emailing and order tracking issues.

First I couldn't believe that this company was actually selling authentic stones at such a good price, it just seemed too good to be true but then I contacted them and they sent me the certification of the stones in a matter of a few hours. I ordered them and I must say that I am really satisfied.

I was hesitant to buy this water bottle at first...so glad I did. I love it! Just holding it takes me feel grounded and calm. It literally buzzes with positive energy when I drink from it. Highly recommend!

Really happy with the bottle! I use it everyday and it is very easy to clean. The crystal looks super cool and seems to have a positive affect on me.

Their support were also really kind to me compared to some of the past reviews I have seen and I have always been given an answer to all of my concerns!
