Chalazias Reviews 

I ordered from Chalazias about 4 weeks ago. I never received my package.I tried getting a hold of them and they said they would email me within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I haven't gotten anything. I am asking for a refund and I am getting no response. I am going to refuse the charge with my credit card company.

I order 2 amethyst bottle for me and wife and we are using it daily. Perfect quality an price is reasonable for what you get. Shipping time was fast 3-5 days to arrive in Croatia.

I ordered about a week ago and still no tracking number. I've sent 3 emails. Been on the chat. They reassured me that it was already shipped and I'll get the tracking number very soon. But still nothing. No shipping, no reply, no information but I guess it's not important as they got their money already.

Emma from costumer service recommended me the amethyst bottle and I am more than satisfied with the bottle, can only recommend!!

I ordered a bottle 3 months ago and I still didn’t receive it ! I emailed the company and tried to get in touch with them but I get no response. I also never received a tracking number so I couldn’t follow the package. I have lost my money and didn’t get a bottle, not recommended!

The company should let me know if there is info missing instead of me waiting for the bottle to arrive and get no response back in any way accept on my review.

One star is not even what you deserve. Terrible costumers service. I’ve been ignored for months now. It took twice so long as it was supposed to took. Oh and did I mention that they send the wrong stone? The bottle was supposed to be a present for my mums birthday. Makes me want to never order online again.

I literally NEVER write reviews. I rely heavily on them but never write them-bad, I know. But this water bottle has absolutely changed my life because up until I had this, I hardly drank a cup of water a day. I’ve owned: a Camelbak, Hydroflask (my second favorite), Nalgene, Swell and I’ve never stuck to one for various reasons. The water bottles with straws were very convenient and mess free, but getting large amounts of water in one gulp was hard. The nalgene was sturdy but has too big of a mouth. I didn’t like having to unscrew it each time. Hydroflask is tried and true in terms of keeping water cold but again, same problem with the straw/screw top. but finally, thanks to Chalazias, this crystal bottle is amazing.

Never received my product and they refuse to respond or refund me.

I have encountered no problems with the bottle. Everything came in the package including the loop which is a nice feature when you are carrying a bunch of stuff in your arms. The plastic is high quality and has a pleasant texture. The flip top is great and stays out of your face. Drinking from it is a pleasure. It is super easy to take a part for drying. The app works flawlessly. You can adjust your water intake manually which I like because I know how much water is good for me based on the way I feel. Of course you can change the units of measurement easily, I prefer mL. Anyway, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Very easy to carry ,cool water bottle.comes with a cleaning brush and hanging clip.it can also be used as an infuser.The material is also very good and sturdy

This Product Rocks, BLACK OBSIDIAN BOTTLE

the description started with "A naturally occurring volcanic glass, Obsidian is literally made from lava." this line took me and made me buy the product. Even though it was first purchase and i had doubts with other reviews but still gave it a try, It arrived in 12 days due to the land difference but when it arrived and i unboxed it I was so amazed at the quality, the glass of the bottle is premium quality and so clear, the crystal is very high density, it gives a good feel and i am very satisfied with my purchase.

Just received my bottles in the post today and I honestly could not be happier. The quality and design put into these bottles is insane and on top of all that the service provided by Chalazias is second to none. Was a bit apprehensive initially as I saw some negative reviews left by previous customers however after receiving my bottles I could not be happier.

Will be recommending Chalazias to all my friends and family.

I absolutely love my green fluorite bottle! It looks beautiful, and it's going to hold a lot more water than I thought it would. Also they sent with it a little black cover for the bottle, which was a nice surprise! The only thing that was a little disheartening was that it did take about 20 days to get here. However, when I messaged them, she got right back to me and was very friendly and helpful! I will be buying from them again in the future.
Side note: A lot of people have mentioned the shipping stuff.. Just remember, we live in a world where we want it "now, now, now," but if you can just be patient for it to get to you, I promise when you're holding it you'll realize it was worth the wait.

I’m so happy with my amethyst bottle. The quality is soo good and the design is a must have.
It’s super easy and the water stay longer fresh than in a normal plastic bottle.
I bring it everywhere with me.

My Chalazias bottle with rose quartz looks so good! I am happy with the design and the quality. I recommend this product to anyone with good taste or on a spiritual journey.

I have always had problems with dehydration and now disappeared😇

I placed an order online for $150 worth of merchandise and chose the more expensive express shipping in orders to avoid any hiccups. The express shipping was 7-9 days. My order was placed on August 5th, 2019. After 20 days I notified PayPal I hadn’t received my product and then went to the Chalazias site to see what I could find out. It didn’t take long and I saw complaints from many other customers who were dealing with the same issue.i spoke to a rep for the company and “Emma” stayed it would arrive in 1-3 days and supplied me the FedEx tracking number so I thought cool. Well I actually work for FedEx anyways. So I thank her and I go on my way. Then I start thinking to myself to look up the tracking number on the FedEx site. Just as I was worried, the tracking number had been created by the company 5 days earlier and hadn’t contacted FedEx to pick it up. This could mean many things. Anyone can create a tracking number and attach it to an order, it doesn’t mean the order is even started. So I waited another business day and check the tracking number again to see activity was going on and of course not. So tonight I went back to the Chalazias site to address my concern. This time when I message “Emma” and tell her my order number and my concern Emma didn’t want to chat with me, didn’t even acknowledge I was communicating with her. I understand they have their hands full but somethings not right. I really want to receive my package as they were gifts for loved ones, and quite honestly they have some really neat merchandise. That’s the only
reason I took a chance with them in the first place. I’m really feeling neglected here and I think it’s unethical to offer and charge me for express shipping when clearly there isn’t anything “express” going on. I will update this review as things unfold but as of yet I would advise anyone thinking about ordering anything from Chalazias to please do your research. Don’t get swept up with the cool merchandise and order blindly. Who needs an extra headache trying to track down and make sure you receive the merchandise you spent your hard earned money on???
