Cheap product, Cheap service
Extremely disappointing experience
I am extremely disappointed with how this whole situation has been handled.
The lights I ordered were delayed, reply was slow and suspicious so I raised a charge back with my bank and when they finally arrived, the product was also of very poor quality and not what I expected. After contacting the company, I was told I could return them for a refund, which I did.
I followed their instructions and sent the lights back. However, I then received conflicting information about where my money was and was told that the bank was holding the funds.
I am now in the position where I have returned the lights, have not received my money back, and have also been blocked by the company.
I have provided evidence, including screenshots of my communication with the company, but I feel like I am simply being passed from one side to the other with no clear resolution.
At this point, I have lost both the product and the money, despite following the agreed return process.
This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly to get their money back after returning an item as agreed.
I genuinely hope this gets resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
