Absolutely brilliant needed a large load next day. One email request, almost instant answer by Adele. Thats something thats rare alone so 5* there. Rang me with a delivery slot and when the driver turns up (top man). What does he say… where do you want it. Not ive dropped it there sign here like normal. Absolutely first class service all round. Seriously 👏👏👏👏👏😥😥. Faultless.

I called this company after finding their website, which had everything we needed. Rang the office and was answered by a very pleasant and extremely helpful lady called Adele, who helped me through my order, and also confirmed my delivery date, which was the following Monday, I placed the order on Friday, so l was delighted with such a speedy time frame. I was assured l would be called on the morning of the delivery, and indeed true to her word l was, giving me the time frame that it would arrive. A very pleasant delivery man arrived earlier than expected and off loaded my order with a smile. The quality of the items and the service l received was exemplary, not forgetting to mention the extremely reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Charfleets for any further orders, and thank them for an outstanding service.

I used charfleets fencing a few years ago & found them to be extremely helpful & accommodating. So when needed more panels they were the only company I wanted to use & they didn’t disappoint. Again were so very helpful & excellent communication with me & very willing to help.

I found Charfleets Fencing online as I was looking for 6 x 4 heavy-duty closeboard fence panels. I communicated with them mainly through WhatsApp, along with a couple of emails, and I have to say they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout.
The price was fantastic considering the quality of the panels. When I went to collect them, the sales lady and the forklift driver were both excellent. I was literally in and out within 10 minutes — loaded up and on my way!
The whole place looked very efficient, tidy and well organised, which gave me even more confidence in the company.
I would definitely recommend Charfleets Fencing and will certainly use them again in the future. Excellent service from start to finish.

Fantastic and I would definitely order from them again. I called and spoke to a lady who was so polite and helpful. I was impressed with the price and how every step of delivery I was kept informed. Delivery itself was fantastic. The man who delivered helped my husband bring it through the house to where it was needed and ensured we were happy before leaving. The quality is so much better than what we were looking at when we visited places like b&q before buying. It's really sturdy and beautifully made. Couldn't be happier. Thank you very much.

Staff are outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, as we were not in put fencing inside gate as requested and sent a message to say it had been delivered. Over and above our expectations. Fencing was excellent too.

Hi, not sure what happened to my original review but think it fair to rewrite it. The service, updates and general communication second to none. The driver was polite, respectful of my property and very pleasant. The panel quality is fantastic and the price is more than competitive. I’m glad I’ve found a company this good and local (bonus). I know where I’ll be buying in future.

We ordered 22 panels from Charfleets fencing. The ladies on site and on the phone were very helpful with the order and payment. We were able to chose a delivery day that suited us. On the day of delivery we received a phone call with a time slot and we received a message with a tracker for the truck. When the delivery arrived the driver was so helpful and unloaded the van with us. Amazing service! Would recommend!
