Atkinsons Fencing Reviews

really like the fencing very smart, well made,

The level of service from the casleford branch is brilliant.
Especially Owen, we had an issue which I wont detail but once Owen got involved it was rapidly sorted out in a true professional way.

Easy to order, lots of choice, prompt confirmation and easy pick up.

Bought composite fence panels which are a game changer.

The team at the Leeds location offer a fantastic service giving plenty of advice and tips if required. The products purchase are very good quality and the goods arrived on the day agreed. The delivery man was friendly and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.

Quick delivery, good quality. Competitive price, Might want to check website i ordered 2.4m swedish decking on website says it is 125 x 32mm, actually got 120 x 28mm

Always great, friendly service from the team at Atkinsons.

Excellent staff very helpful always use them

I have ordered from Atkinson's three times now - each order in the several hundred pounds bracket. Excellent online ordering, good turnaround of the delivery and (normally) I get a few more bits of wood that I've actually ordered. Great kerbside delivery (safe spot on my drive) and friendly delivery drivers. Leaves the goods pile neatly on my drive, leaving the pavement clear for pedestrians. Great value IMHO, will always go back for more when I need it.

Thank you to your Leeds branch for the job they have done on our Decking. Carl and Callum did a fantastic job building it. They are a credit to your company. The whole experience, from purchasing to building and completion was excellent .
Thank you for a job well done !

The range of products on-site is amazing and the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Just as well after a 200-mile trip to collect.

Sadly, the product I purchased is letting the company down. I bought several Eco Boards to replace some very tired wooden fence panels. The description of 'maintenance free' was particularly attractive to me. Once installed (easy DIY job) they looked brilliant. However, just six months later, they have faded really badly and are now just a very light brown instead of the walnut colour I purchased.

After I asked for suggestions to get the colour back is where the service has wobbled. I was advised to 'hose it down' (not sure how long they thought that would last) or paint it.

If you're OK with faded panels after only six months, then Eco Boards are probably a good solution. Mine will be coming out to be replaced by something more colour-fast.

Excellent service and excellent product

Great job - love it!

Great communication, good price, hassle free ordering and excellent helpful delivery, can't ask for more than that!

Rang this company over 3 weeks ago and still not even had a courtesy call nor nothing. Chased them after a week giving details again. If you don’t want the work then please advise customers instead of keeping them waiting, customer service costs nothing,

Staff members were helpful and didn’t have to wait long for them to bring order to my car and help load it

The product range is huge with lots of options to choose from. The pricing offers excellent value for money and delivery is very efficient.
I have ordered from Atkinsons before and recommend them.

A good reliable service, exactly what I ordered, exactly on the day it was supposed to come. What more do you want?

Amazing service from start to finish. Went to Castleford to see a sample fencing panel, went home to remeasure then ordered online. Communication was brilliant throughout and delivery was bang on time, exactly 7 days as promised. Would highly recommend this company.

Good service and range of products

Ordered and delivered on time and safely stacked
Thanks
