I love this store my items are always delivered on time

For the most part, their stuff is okay, but their shipping and customer service is awful. I receive the wrong item at least a third of the time. Then I get to deal with their horrible customer service and I have to ship it back to Russe. Then, they ship me another wrong item a week later. If I could actually get what I order, I'd give them four stars.

I love shopping at CR. I generally buy my shorts, jeans and shoes. I love the shirts as well but I’m older and it would look all wrong on me. I’ve never had a problem with them regarding returns.

Excellent! Quick delivery. Despite not being happy with the material, I returned the product to the store and they gladly refunded my money, no questions asked.

I was really disappointed when they sent the wrong order to my house I sent it back and I still haven't received my items I left a message on Charlotte Russe customer service no one ever replied to me I always order for them so I was very disappointed at this experience. Being a regular customer I was hoping they would have care about my business a little bit more I still haven't received my packages and some of the stuff is no longer available I was super disappointed with this experience. I still haven't heard back regarding this package and I've been awaiting a probably a month now if not longer like I said very disappointed in the customer service non response

I love ordering from Charlotte Russe online. I know my size from shopping in the store so when ordering online I know that the clothing I buy is going to fit me correctly.

I like that I can order items online (more options than the store) and if I dont like how any of the items fit I can easily return at the store.

Charlotte Russe offers great styles and reasonable prices on their clothing and shoes. I enjoy the promo's that are offered and try to take advantage of as many as I can when I can. However other companies do sometimes offer a "free" item to customers, but I notice this company does not.
I do wish the website offered reviews because sometimes when ordering online you take a gamble, but if there are reviews available it will help the shopper to better decide how to order size wise. Also, it will give the shopper insight as to how others feel about the item(s).

My items came in a reasonable time and things mostly fit well.
