I love Charlotte Russe being a plus size women it’s great to have a store that sells decent clothing for a very decent amount of money. My only thing is I wish they carried majority of they really cute stuff online in store it’ll save some hassle that I bump into from time to time

Good fashionable clothing reasonable pricing.

Clothes are very cute, very affordable specifically when in stores, not always online. However, shipping has taken forever which is such a disappointment. 5-10 days has wound up being 3 weeks for me, and customer service doesn't get back to you in a reasonable time at all. I asked where my order was after 3 weeks, and they had said if I wanted it to be delivered, I should have paid the extra for faster shipping. But the standard shipping was free, and I was not expecting it to take longer than the 10 business days so I think that was a ridiculous comment to make to a customer who was just following what the shipping details say.

I ordered my first Charlotte Russe purchase online not knowing what sizes would fit since I'm between sizes. That being said, I needed to return a few items at the store which was easy to do.
I will order from Charlotte Russe in the near future!

Loved my shoes, arrived quickly

I had bought a dress online and when I got it I didn't like the way it looked on me. Returned the dress to the store and the associate there helped to find a dress that fit and looked very nice. I bought 2 more items. Associate was very helpful and took my return without any issues. Very good customer service

The sizes, which were all small, varied. One was too small and the other slightly big which left me with one that I will feel comfortable wearing. They also looked cheaper than expected and one was poorly sewn. Two additional tops purchased were suitable for their intended purpose. Overall it wasn't an all bad experience for a first time buy.

Charlotte Russe has great fast fashion pieces that are affordable and trendy. However, the quality reflects the price. Also, shipping ALWAYS takes 2 weeks! By the time my package arrives, I only have 1-2 weeks to try and decide. Since the 30 day return policy is based on the ship date.

I sent them an email letting them know that one of my items did not arrive in my online order. They did not respond. I messaged them again about a week later. Once again, I did not get a response. I would like my money back at least.
