I absolutely love this brand, i have many products from this company and my only complaint is that CR should add in the product description if a product on their website is another brand and whether the sizing of said brand matches up with CR's sizing,

The clothes always fit well and are sent in a timely manner not like other websites where you wait for 5 weeks to get your order

I love the buying experience whenever I go to your website, my only that I have been recently is the sleeves of the dresses. Even the 3x dresses have tighter long sleeves and yet it wasn’t like that last year. Please take a good look at the sleeves.
That is only reason I’m giving four stars.

I love our Charlotte in Honey Creek! The staff members are okay though. I wish the store was bigger.

Color of romper is not the same color described.
Shopping took over two weeks. I received and email that it would arrive tomorrow, tommrow came and it said another 5 days.
I will consider before ordering online again.

I ordered 2 pair of the same shoes and neither pair were $16 but that's all the refund i got back to my card minus the $7 shipping it cost to refund. I was confused at first until I check my card statements. And black and white speak louder than words. Never again!!!!!

Great company only downside is their sizing. It's not the same from one item to another, if that was improved then it would be a 5.

They have a variety of clothes but it’s almost impossible to order online on a smart phone or on the app... a little inconvenient.
