I have NO idea why this place gets so much bad reviews, cause I've been ordering all my bathing suits here since middle school and I just graduated high school in 2017. Only once did I not get my package to me and I swear the stupid mail man put it in the wrong mail box and the people never thought of coming to my house to return it to the rightful place. And I when I called customer service I got a quick and more than excellent help. And they sent me a replacement at no charge and I got it before the day they said I should have it. This place is not a bad place to order from I don't know why people are giving this place bad reviews.

Package took an eternity to be deliver!! I ordered 5 items including a swimsuit which didn’t came on time for my vacation- I’m extremely dissatisfied even though I like their clothes...
I don’t think I’d be online-purchasing in the future.

I was able to purchase an item online and received an email the following day notifying me that the item was out of stock. I am enraged that I paid for the item and it is being sold to someone else. The refund isn’t guaranteed for 5-7 business days. This is infuriating. If the item went out of stock after I purchased it, my purchase should still be guaranteed.

TERRIBLE!! I had my items shipped to a business during business hours. i got a message that my shipment was delivered. WRONG!!! I was there at the time they said it was delivered. I called and emailed customer service. They both basically said "We shipped it, you go find it" No signature, no verified address...NOTHING! I had to file a case with the post office, which is the sender's job!! As of right now, I am without my money and my items. Stick with amazon, better customer service and never had an issue with delivery.

Great deals on cute dresses daily! I love that they have shoes deals practically every Tuesday! A wide collection of amazing outfits.

I made two different orders online within a week of each other. When the first one arrived I noticed that they sent me the wrong item, instead of a white shirt I was sent a sparkly purple dress. I reached out to customer service but heard nothing back. In my second order I once again received the wrong item, I ordered a shirt but received a floral dress. I again reached out to customer service but heard nothing back. Never again will I order from them again online.

I've noticed a recent slew of fake looking reviews, probably made by the company in an attempt to raise their overall score (now that's just dishonest!) Their score used to be under 3 stars (it was 2.4 stars or so and jumped up literally overnight with a bunch of reviews all saying the same thing: "I like to shop here, I've shopped here for years, ect". In store in my city they're great. Online? Hold onto your hat, I'm about to give you an honest, REAL review from a real customer.

I ordered a jacket and over $100 worth of dresses. First, let's talk shipping. In the world of Amazon Prime's 2 day shipping, I'll admit I'm spoiled, but c'mon! My small order took 15 days to arrive. My large order took 20! They had no sense of urgency. It took them 5 days to process the order (put it in a box) and by that time one of my items had sold out. It then took them another 3 just to send the order out to FedEx. The jacket I ordered had terrible stitching done on one pocket--it was literally a ball of string at the end, as if someone had begun sewing it and gave up in frustration. There were also other random loose threads. A week--yes--a WEEK of light wearing later (only about 1-2 hours a day at most) and the button that snapped my pocket closed fell off. There's no sizing chart to be found anywhere on the site; my sister and I are usually a small (so with no reference we just ordered that) but all the small dresses that arrived fit like an x-small. Also one dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture and is basically unwearable. In the picture it was a twist top dress with 'cold shoulder sleeves'. However when it arrived I saw the twist top part was incorrectly sewed and looks like a jumble of fabric in the chest area of the dress. Another dress claiming to be velvet was stiff and itchy. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because my sister and I liked a few of the dresses we ordered and at the time the deals were good. However I will say their quality is hit and miss. Will I ever order from them again? That remains to be seen.

Charlotte Russe has always been my go-to store for affordable fashions. They always have a great shoe collection and I love their sales.

I really like that Charlotte Russe carries cute plus size clothes. They always have great sales online. The only thing that I don’t like is that only a very small percent of there stores carry plus size. The sales online also don’t match the sales in store, making it very frustrating to shop at times. They have a great selection of clothes online that’s very on trend.

I love shopping with Charlotte Russe but I have one complaint. The quality of certain peices leave MUCH to be desired but I still love shopping here.

I’m so happy with my CR online purchase. Every item fits well, and the colors are as advertised. Would definitely be making future purchases.

I’ve been shopping online with CR for a long time now. I really like the brand and their products. My only concern is the people who are handling their online orders. Recently I’ve been getting lots of missing and wrong items. I shopped at least once a month with them and spend an average of $100 each time. I already sent them my concerns and opinion last month and I was hoping they can find a solution. Today I received my new order and as usual I was missing a lot of items and was sent a bunch of wrong items. I would like to continue shopping online but until this issue gets resolved, I’m staying away from it.

Everything I revive I always has to change it and then stores doesn't have it. I had a great deal of boots and they came both right foot. I went to change it but store didn't have it so I loose the great deal on line

Have more sales on your clothing. Have more selections not so geared to younger girls with perfect figures. Have more of a selection for average figured woman than such little stuff. The jr stuff can be tight to wear but Plus sizes are too big!
Love your stuff just wished it wasn’t so geared for younger girls.
