I can't ever find shorts that work for me and Charlotte Russe is absolutely amazing and all of my shorts fit perfectly, and the tops I ordered too! came just in time for game day!

The items were as pictured and came in a reasonable amount of time.

They make plus sized clothes that are actually cute! The prices could be a little lower but overall great quality!!

They are helpful but always short staffed..and be sure and check your receipt if you purchase something, I got short-changed twice the last time the cashier scanned the same item twice and ended up paying twice for one item went back and had to go through hell to get my money back. Not good

I really like the plus size shorts from Charlotte Russe. I have bought four pairs over the last two years and they always fit perfectly. The one thing I would love to see is more colors and a couple more styles of shorts in plus size to choose from.

This weekend I went to their store and wow I got treated so nicely and everyone in there was so helpful. I am for sure going back soon.
Lets talk about the jeans they fit so nice and stretch so nice.

I love ordering from Charlotte Russe. However, 2 out of my last 3 orders have had problems that could not be fixed. There have been defects with certain pairs of shoes and the shoes are no longer available to exchange them. The service is awesome however, and I have been able to get refunds.

Not only was my first shipment completely cancelled by them, but my second order has YET to be shipped out. I did not receive a call from them regarding the 1st one until the 5th, and mt order was placed the week before. This order, with expedited shipping, is still being processed. Other companies have orders ready to be shipped Monday morning and this o e has yet to be shipped as of noon on Monday. I need this package by Wednesday. Terrible company to purchase things from online. You dont EVER get your package by the time you are supposed to get it, and if you have my kind of luck, the order itself gets cancelled ny them. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE.

I love charlette russe because they are cheap and they have every good clothes and sizes but one thing I hate is that it takes forever for them to ship it I ordered on June 18th and the shorts I've ordered still isn't here .....

I enjoy their clothes a lot because they do carry different items that I would not find locally or online at big chain stores. While I enjoy the variety and the decently priced items, the shipping takes forever and a day. They say something along the lines of 4-6 days but it takes me two and a half weeks in Canada. Unacceptable. They used to deliver in 4 days to my area, so when did it become two weeks minimum all of a sudden? It truly turns me away from shopping with them, which is a shame as I truly do like their merchandise. Huge downfall that outweighs the benefits.

I personally love shopping here. The stores are so neat, clean and full of amazing deals. Online can be a different world but I have never had a problem with them. Shipping might take sometime but that's only because I get it for free so I can't complain.

I love setting new trends and Charlotte Russe is my go to store.

I don't know how much people can say they get right size but am plus size I ordered 2x . the size I got have to be a xl I just give it to my sister but I will order again from them .be assure to wait 15days.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. If I could I would give them negative stars. I ordered a small dress and they sent me a large. So I called and they sent me another dress when I got it, it was supposed to be a romper & it was completely the opposite thing. And it was a jumpsuit. Then they told me I would get my new dress in 2-3 days & im getting it the day of right before the event I need it for. This website of TERRIBLE

DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Since I do not have a bar code they are telling me I need store credit. I have everything besides the bar code, but apparently that is not good enough!!

Ordered a pair of heels and a dress online. Did NOT recieve the dress AND recieved the wrong size shoe!

This is not a bot or made by Charlotte Russe. Honestly the shop is not bad, it is really a hit or miss and there is a 70% change you will get something amazing, i got a beautiful dress for graduation and it was great. I like their colors and styles and the clothes are pretty trendy. They have clothes for everyone in all different sizes. I quite liked this shop.

It has been 6 days since I placed my online order and my items still have not been shipped.

I bought a pair of rose gold heels that are very pretty. However, today is the first day I wore them and the heel broke. I am very disappointed in the quality.
