Charlotte's Web Jewellery Reviews 

I ordered a customised Rajalita spinning ring via Not On The Highstreet. When it arrived I was completely disappointed. First of all because of the quality. The ring is so thin it feels tinny and fragile, I’m sure the spinning band could be pulled off entirely however I’m afraid to try incase I break it. Their photos are misleading, the gems are so much smaller than the photos. Then there’s the sizing. They warn on their product information guff that their spinning rings can be wider than normal, I took this into account when ordering the size. I decided to order my usual size on the basis I usually prefer to wear my rings very snug, so I assumed a slightly wider ring would be fine in my usual size. It arrived and glided right off my finger with no resistance at all. It did not fit my thumb, sliding right off. I contacted Charlottes Webb believing there to have been an error with the sizing, however they completed denied there could have been an error and the ring was definitely accurately sized. This was shocking. It just couldn’t have been true. They offered a size alteration service, for which I would have to pay. Again, shocking. I am now stuck with a horrible, unwearable ring. I have noticed on Not On The Highstreet these rings are one of the only products where you can not leave a review or read anyone else’s review of the ring. Which makes sense given my experience. Please avoid this company and there badly made rings.

I ordered a custom ring that was delivered too big. After some back and forth with customer service and a few weeks' wait, eventually I got the stones put into a different size ring, which now fits great. Happy overall.

After thinking about buying a spinning ring for quite a while I decided to view different websites and Charlotte's Web Jewellery seemed to stand out.
I loved the Aura spinning ring straight away. I was quite confused regarding my actual ring size with it being a wider ring so emailed to ask for advise and had a swift response and very helpful. I was reassured also with reading the reviews from many previous customers that if it was the wrong size, an exchange is sorted promptly. Also seeing a lot of good reviews on the website helps with the online purchase.
The ring arrived today ( 2 days later) and wow, so pleased with it and packaged lovely.
It fits perfect and it is just gorgeous. I'm sure I will get lots of comments on this lovely piece of jewellery and will definitely be purchasing from here again. Big hints to my husband for the matching bangle for my Birthday

I am from the Netherlands and I ordered the Secret garden bracelet and ring, but unfortunately the ring was too big. I returned it after I’d had an existing ring measured at a jeweller’s, so I knew exactly what size I needed. Now they’re sending me a new ring.

I love Charlotte's Web. I have a number of pieces now from the collection. I think the quality is excellent, it's beautifully made, very original and extremely well priced for what it is. In particular I am obsessed with the spinning rings, and the ones with natural stones are real show stoppers. I 'suggested' my husband buy me a beautiful matching earring and necklace set for Christmas..with high quality turquoise stones grouped together in a circle. I have had so many compliments about them every time I go out. If you are looking for a gift or to treat yourself, Charlotte's Web jewellery is perfect!

I absolutely love Charlotte's Web Jewellery!
The jewellery is so unique and ethically made in India which makes it really special. I bought a sapphire ring the other day as it's my birthstone and I love it, it's so delicate and fits with my other rings perfectly.
The ladies who run the company are also really lovely and happy to respond to any questions really quickly.

Ordered a bespoke spinner ring in a size measured by a jeweller. It took 8 weeks to arrive as it was handmade, which is understandable. When this arrived it didn't fit and was far too big. After numerous discussions with the staff it became apparent that the way the rings are sized here differs from that of a regular jeweller, which i feel should be mentioned on Etsy. They did agree to exchange this but it would take a number of weeks to get another one made. The turnaround time for this was totally unacceptable! There was no priority given even though it was clearly a mistake by Charlottes Web. I repeatedly had to chase and was told that they had no control over the time frame... i am actually out of pocket as i had to pay for the original to be returned. The ring is beautiful but due to the time taken and poor customer service i rate them a 2

I've bought 2 beautiful items from here so far and now onto my third. Perfect gifts, excellent customer service and really high quality products. I would not be without my aura spinning ring. All my family members are now fans too!
