Lovely piece arrived on time

Saw an ad on Social Media, paid the website a visit, just mainly to have a browse. Ended up buying a pair of topaz earrings. With the discount received I thought they were a very fair price. They arrived today and exceeded my expectations. They’re dainty and very beautiful. I’ll make sure to visit the website again for sure. Ordering through to delivery was first class.

Could not have had a better experience. I bought a moonstone necklace for myself which I love, it's one of my favourite pieces of jewellery. It is so beautifully crafted and such a unique piece. I then bought my friend one for her 30th and the team could not have been more amazing at helping me get it to Australia for her. Thank you so much for everything

I'm very pleased with the blue fire opal earrings I chose. (The opal catches the light as I move my head.)The opal colour matches exactly that as shown on line, they are well made and good quality. I particularly like the little clip on the back which secures the hook in place.

I ordered a ring as a present for my partner and I must have got the measurements consistently wrong because it took 2 attempts for me to get the right size. That being said Isla Silver had no issues with me exchanging the ring for different sizes and their customer service was always quick to respond. The ring was also beautiful and very high quality!

Appalling quality for a ring costing nearly £100. It tarnished extremely quickly and even left marks on my skin, something I’ve never experienced before, even with much cheaper silver rings like Pandora.
This was a sentimental gift, which makes it even more upsetting that it’s now completely unwearable. I raised the issue and was simply told to use a silver polishing cloth, which I had already tried with no improvement.
To make matters worse, my request to return it was denied. Poor product and even worse customer service. Avoid.

Well done! a quick delivery and the quality is gorgeous. I lost my original Isla ring on a recent trip, after 9 years of owning it and really missed it. I bought the original from a stockist in Falmouth. I was delighted to see something very similar on the Wolf & Badger website so went to the source, the Isla Silver web shop. I found a beautiful substitute and it came within three days. I'm thrilled with it. I've ordered again, a Spinner ring. Im waiting with anticipation.

Quite disappointed on how thin and flimsy the ring is to be honest.

This was my first experience of buying a ring online and I was a bit apprehensive, especially about the sizing.I needn't have worried, because both the rings I ordered fit perfectly.I was kept informed of expected delivery dates by email, the order arrived on time and the rings are just beautiful.I'm so pleased, they feel like a touch of luxury at a very reasonable price.I will certainly be ordering again from Isla Silver.
