Very good service very polite and helpful delivery driver. Chose the 1p delivery so had to wait a little while longer, but well worth it if you are not in a hurry.
Knowing exactly what I needed I went online on Friday and ordered. On Sunday afternoon I realised I had miscalculated by four deck boards following which I was on the phone first thing on Monday.... Toon meer

A good range of items I was looking for. But the yard man who assisted me with picking up my order was exceptional. He was clearly busy but he was helpful friendly and helped me fit the items into my car. A brilliant employee. Thankyou

Absolutely abysmal service today
Absolutely abysmal service today, received by my elderly friend today. Despite being shown what he needed on their website using his phone, the counter person determinedly undermined him and was deliberately obtuse.
If she is the new hire (she being an ex Travis Perkins employee) Charltons need to reconsider think her hire as she has significantly lowered their standard.

Recommend them for price and service
The ordering option on the webpage was quick and simple. The price for replacement of a fence was £186 as opposed to £249 in Wickes, no brainer. The after service, returning products was also easy. Staff were friendly and great fun. Carry on
