Very good service very polite and helpful delivery driver. Chose the 1p delivery so had to wait a little while longer, but well worth it if you are not in a hurry.
Knowing exactly what I needed I went online on Friday and ordered. On Sunday afternoon I realised I had miscalculated by four deck boards following which I was on the phone first thing on Monday.... Toon meer

Hi Michael, that's great to hear thank you!
Excellent service BUT
Excellent service - cheap 1p delivery.
HOWEVER this 1p option has gone from the pulldown
in the checkout area even though irt is still advertised on the website.

Had a load of timber delivered
Had a load of timber delivered. Was worried I ran the risk of having some of the less desirable bits as I wasn’t there to choose but all timber was in great shape, posts and 2x2 were dead true. Really good quality and very happy with the service I received!

As ever excellent service from…
As ever excellent service from Charltons. The one gripe I have is the high moisture content of the delivered T&G boards that will obviously dry out and shrink over 3 to 4 months.

Always a great company to buy from, very friendly, great prices and I use their penny delivery service as I order ahead of a project which works brilliantly. I am a returning customer and wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a brilliant experience at Charltons. Easy to order on line and a really warm welcome from a lovely, happy lady in the store. Once I’d paid I was met by an equally happy and helpful young man who gave me my fence posts. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

Good product and delivered by Dominic…
Good product and delivered by Dominic in my absence from home at time of arrival.
I did input a little note on the original online order to place the items in a specified location.
So via my video facility at my home I was able to direct Dominic to the correct location as he possibly didn’t read the note on the order. Thus the 4star review.
However, a great delivery service topped off by the 1p delivery option which suited my project time precisely.
I will have no hesitation in using this option if required to do so.

With delivery for only 1p and within a 3 week window, this bird table was a welcome replacement for the one knocked over and damaged in recent storms.
