I ordered the Highland and after a month I'm still waiting, they keep telling me it's held up at customs, then they tell me it's out of stock. They keep telling me I'll receive a tracking number within 3-5 days, that's not happened. I've now asked for a delivery confirmation date and tracking number, or a refund.
In answer to your reply to the above, I have been in touch with your customer services at the email address you gave me, and I keep getting the same reply!

Like Jo and Dawn I purchased the highland cow that you could warm in the microwave and received a scruffy little cow. Which took a month to arrive. When I contacted their customer service this was their reply

Actually, if you return it to us without any quality problem ,you should pay for the shipping ,it is not worth to do that. Maybe you not satisfied with it,maybe you can send it to others as a holiday gift.
How about we provide 20% store voucher to you that you can use it purchase anything in our store without returning,you can keep it . Is that OK?
And now they have the nerve to chase me for my payment even though they have already taken it.

They are scammers don’t buy from them.i bought the highland cow and just like the other reviews I was sent a ridiculous small cow vacuum packed and very scruffy looking. When I complained they said can’t you gift it at Christmas and we’ll give you a 20% discount to spend on our site. What kind of customer service is this!. I am waiting for a refund but I doubt I will receive one. STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!

I recently purchased the cow supposedly able to heat it for period cramps anxiety etc
In the picture it shows a vastly different cow to the one I received
It was supposed to have been over £30 pounds for it and reduced to £14
However when it arrived today it was a cheap imitation which had a made in China label on it and is merely a small stuffed toy
Totally different colour and size to what I’d ordered with no heating insert
Basically False Advertising which I will take to my Brother in law who is a Trading Standards officer and you will be investigated under the Trade Descriptions Act as these cows not being fit for the supposed purpose it was made
I will expect a full refund and address to return the fake cow back to

Very misleading I ordered what I thought was the picture and video of a really fluffy large highland cow with weighted feet and a warming pouch inside the tummy and what I got was a very small scruffy wrong colour brown cow that sheds its scruffy (fur) this was supposed be a gift for my grandson but I would not even give it to my dogs very disappointed is an understatement!!!!!

Ordered two items - only one was delivered. It was nothing like what was advertised. They advertised an AI moving and learning plush toy - what arrived was a cheap thing which was half the size and was not “AI” or anything like it. This was the type of cheap rubbish that you would win at the fairground. When I asked for my refund under their “60 day money back guarantee” they said I had to return the item to China and pay the postage. This company are dishonest and to be avoided at all costs. I’ve reported them to trading standards and hopefully they are prosecuted soon.
