We visited London on our honeymoon and wedding anniversary with my wife. I was looking forward to giving her a special watch, so I searched for numerous stores until I saw Chase Hattan Watches and noticed they had great reviews. Once we arrived, we explored through their catalog until my wife finally decided to go for a vintage Omega Constellation. James and his colleagues were very friendly with us and honest about everything, watch condition, history, etc. Finally we decided to pull the plug on the watch and got an excellent attention throughout the purchase and even post-purchase. Please consider this store when visiting London for watch hunting, they have an extensive catalog and one thing they definitely do great is their superb attention and honesty!

In a nutshell they do what it says on the tin. And then some. Very friendly and transparent, passionate watch lovers who offer very fair prices. Being in central London it was great to be able to try before you buy. The vintage pieces I bought have exceeded my expectations in all regards. James also went the extra mile by putting me in touch with a specialist about a particular piece I asked for his advice on. No hesitation in recommending them.
