I still haven't received my item. I cannot contact anyone as Chatterbox say it is with Royal Mail and its impossible to contact Royal Mail.

Con artists, theft. Take your money. But don't give you your product. Then gaslight you. When their website is not fit for purpose. Fact money left my bank account. Fact I have no product. Do not use these people. Watchdog. Here I come. Fraudsters. In response to your comments, There was no order confirmation on website, no confirmation email, so unable to tell you about address missing house number, i had typed my house number so not my fault house number was missing. You wont send me product or give me refund.

Was gaslighted and blamed for putting incorrect address. i wrote my address, they had my address for some reason the site must have ommitted my house number. They said i should have checked, but there was no order number or order confirmation on my account. I assumed the purchase had not gone through, but then saw on my bank statement the money had come out, they said they sent me an email confirmation, i searched my inbox. They wont refund me the money or send me my product. They want more money from me, i refuse to pay, as i have already paid. Under consumer rights law 2015 if i do not receive my product, i should be issued a refund. They are gaslighting me. I am shocked by the service i have received, i have been scammed. Do not use them. I am reporting them to trading standards.

One of the very few times that I have felt I NEED to leave a review. I accidentally came across this company while searching online to find a frame for some lyrics I had written for my daughter's unborn child. This was something better! I was not only able to display the lyrics, I was also able to display my granddaughter's ultrasound photo at the top.
I was nervous about how it would look and, also nervous about how long it would take to recieve it, since I am in the U.S.
This beautiful gift arrived very timely. It was packed very well. The delivery was on time and it looked absolutely amazing. The quality is amazing. The price was great! My daughter LOVES it! It is hanging in the nursery. Thank you, Chatterbox Walls, for doing such a wonderful job throughout the entire process (which by the way was very simple!).

Loved the framed uploaded photographs but disappointed with the hanging hook. Difficult to position on wall and fell off. Need better hooks for picture hanging.
