Tapi Yeovil store very good communication quick service reasonably priced and a friendly carpet fitter. Our fitter Mark from Weymouth was fantastic and done an excellent job. All round very happy customer will be using this company again in the near future highly recommended

Our carpet was meant to be fitted on the 13th feb it is now the 21st April. Tapi came and fitted our carpet, when we complained that it was badly fitted they came back and ripped the whole thing up, left us with exposed sticky underlay and spiked in the floor for two months which all our daughters have cut their feet on. Now they are ignoring our phone calls and e-mails and have effectively stolen £1500 from us. We have no carpet md no communication from them. Furious. Don’t use this company!

In Newport store Korneliusz was so helpful and welcoming! He gave great service and gives me a great experience with tapi.

Very pleased with my experience at Tapi Carpets in Fort Kinnaird. The whole process was smooth from start to finish getting a quote was quick and straightforward, and communication throughout was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt well looked after at every stage.

We were also able to schedule the installation at a time that suited us, which made things much easier. The fitters were quick, professional, and did an amazing job. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

SHOCKING

Should have listened to family who had a similar experience with thier fitter and carpet the week before.

Fitters damaged newly fitted skirting and plaster and tried blaming the carpenter when confronted about it. Our skirting boards had been glued and nailed to the walls however one had been ripped off and needs replacing at our cost.

The fitter was argumentitive and the Nottingham office were passing the issue between themselves. 3 times we have been told a manager would call back before closing but it never happened.

The carpet itself looks good but the poor customer service and cowboy fitter let the side down.

I just want to thank Suzanne from Tapi Charlton, London and Jack and his colleague whose name escapes me. Sorry! The fitters for being top people.
They were all so friendly, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. The carpet Suzanne helped me choose for my stairs is perfect and by having such an excellent fitter with Jack and his colleague meant it was finished to perfection.
One very happy customer. I will definitely recommend them.

Dave was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with my introduction to Tapi Carpets, cannot comment further as have yet to have the carpet fitted. However, so far I would recommend, you are kept informed at every step.

Ref Trowbridge branch - Very disappointed in this company . Quoted me £103 for fitting then changed it to £424 because ‘it’s double stick carpet’. I wouldn’t have bought the carpet if I’d known it would cost over £20 per metre rather than £5.50 they quoted! Both the home visit guy and the manager himself gave the £103 price over the phone as well then denied he’d said it. He should have had the guts to own up to his mistake. Do not trust these people, they are bare faced liars!!!
