A good experience
Whole process was straight forward. It was a week after paying for carpet that the job got done. Got a text in the morning from fitter saying he'd be with me 10.30-12 noon.... arrived at 11.15 and both lounge and hallway were done by 1pm. Guys tidied up at end and the finish was good. Wouldn't hesitate to use tapi again.

We have made several trips to "Tapi carpets" in old kent road.
We already had our kitchen vinyl fitted and was very happy with that.
Now we are choosing carpet for our stairs and landing.
The young lady in this store ( Belinda Loprete), has gone way over and beyond to help us. Every visit has been a very happy experience. This very helpful young lady was always there to help when we needed it but equally left us alone to browse through the carpets.
The whole experience has been a thoroughly happy one.
Today we are very pleased we have ordered our carpet.
Customer care has been 100% brilliant.
We recently ordered shutters from "Dunelm" they have zero customer care and we have had awful time trying to get our shutters in. So it has been an absolute pleasure shopping with "Tapi ,old kent road" where we felt valued as customers.
Dunelm need to learn from them that's for sure!

New LVT flooring matched with carpetright installed flooring.
Had LVT flooring from Carpeteight earlier. However the make that I had was no longer available: Derek at hermistion gate, Edinburgh store helped me with all other alternatives that could go with my current flooring since had to change only in couple of bedrooms. End of it all was quite happy with the decision and the help provided by Derek on this. Ensured this gets delivered quickly. Also wanted to point out excellent work done by the contractor Ryan who ensured all fittings were to my satisfaction. Great team and a wonderful service overall. Strongly recommend this team for any flooring works.
