Excellent company to deal with sent for samples had an email from manager Brian saying that a 15% off deal had finished but because we had ordered samples he would still apply the 15% the flooring arrived today excellent quality and very helpful delivery driver would definitely buy from factory Direct flooring again 👍

Great start, terrible thereafter
Alice was polite, extremely helpful and very quick in getting prices to me. Great first impression of your company.
Sadly everything since then has been pretty poor. It wasn’t explained to me that my order would come on multiple deliveries meaning I had to be home for 2 separate delivery slots. I also got separate tracking info for every item on the first delivery. My second delivery is currently over an hr and a half late and the second call I made to get some information was delay with by someone who clearly didn’t care and wasn’t interested in actually providing me with any help. I was told they ‘are around’ and in the neighbourhood’ and that I should just wait and deliveries are between 9-5 despite the 2 hr slot. That despite my conversation with Alice regarding delivery being a 2 hr window
I found the last lady I spoke with to be rather condescending. Very disappointing delivery service and awful follow up member of staff. Real shame after a great experience with Alice.
Makes me think twice about using these guys again. I can only hope that the delivery actually turns up

Unreliable stock and bad customer service
Placed an order and paid for express delivery. Heard nothing for 4 days. So sent them a email, asking for an update. Was told they had no stock and they would get back to me with a stock update and an alternative. Guess what. No one got back to me. So phoned them up. Not very helpful, said they would expedite it to there customer services department. From my experience I don’t think they have one. Won’t be using this company again.

The actual engineered wood flooring is…
The actual engineered wood flooring is very different from the lovely samples sent. Sending it back requires hiring your own pallet. Customer service isn't helpful and will gaslight you when you send photo evidence of the discrepancy citing normal wood variation when clearly the lacquer used is of very different quality not to mention the actual material. Please order with care. One way or another mine will be going back.
