Damaged
The flooring that was sent out had a few planks damaged. Thankfully I only need a few to replace some of my flooring which is damaged so should hopefully have enough that I can use.

I have only given 4 stars because the showroom staff advised the products would be available in November. This timescale was ok so we paid upfront for the engineered floor. On receipt of the confirmation of the order by email the timescale was now late December. This was a big change and had we been aware at the time of ordering would have considered another flooring or if necessary another company.

Late and damaged
Flooring was meant to arrive on Friday, I emailed flooring direct to make sure it was coming on the Thursday and was reassured that it would arrive, it never arrived. I then received an email from the delivery company stating my flooring would arrive in 2 to 3 days. I emailed flooring direct stating this and asked for an explanation to which I never got a reply. Fast forward to Wednesday the week after the flooring finally arrived and 16 of the boards out of 60 were damaged and unfit for purpose.
