I ordered Spectra Luxury Rigid Core…
I ordered Spectra Luxury Rigid Core Click Vinyl Soft Pebble Grey Plank Built-in Underlay, which unfortunately was faulty. Uk flooring direct acknowledged they sent out faulty flooring and did not recall the faulty product. It caused a lot of damage as it was laid and warped after being fitted. It was not a fitting problem as the remaining unused flooring also warped. Uk flooring are trying to blame the fitter, which is completely unfounded. They refuse to pay to have the repairs done caused by supplying a faulty product. I am now out of pocket by a considerable amount as I had to pay the fitter to remove the bath panel and vanity unit , replace the faulty flooring and reinstall the bathroom fittings.
I appreciate the reply, but unfortunately, even after complaining, UK flooring have dismissed my claim and refuse to recompense for the repairs caused by their faulty flooring.
