Had two bedrooms carpets and workmanship by fitter is absolutely excellent, very tidy and efficient and cleared everything away.
My only concern is the amount of carpet left over!!!
Rooms were measured by the store prior to ordering yet so much over....could easily carpet room again with off cut.

Brilliant service and fitting for a whole new build house
Tapi have been great through every step of our experience. We needed flooring for a whole new build house. John at the Washington store guided us through choosing the right flooring for us and then really bent over backwards to get in fitted within 24 hours of us getting the keys with very little notice.
The fitters were brilliant too. They got the whole house finished in a day, on a Saturday too. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend Tapi Washington.

Customer-focussed Tapi Carpets Harlow
Having previously patronised customer-focussed Tapi in Harlow, I went on Wed 21 Oct’26 and was pleased to obtain good, prompt and efficient service rendered again. I still recognise a few of their friendly staff members. They swiftly assigned Stuart to do home measurement on Sun 25. Before he left, kind, friendly and approachable Stuart even agreed readily to show me how to safely reverse my husband’s car parked on our driveway (!😃) which slopes lower towards our garage door. I haven’t driven for 12 years after retirement, so it was a fulfilled trip to visit my husband in hospital! (no bus services on Sundays).
Today Mon 26 when I went back to confirm account details, I am very appreciative and grateful that everything was satisfactorily and promptly settled. Harlow Tapi staff members are a kind and compassionate lot when I mentioned that I would like to have our living room, hallway & front convenient downstairs cloakroom carpeted, including vinyl for our dining room, to be completed before my husband’s discharge from hospiital, a welcome present for him.

This is the third time I have used Tapi in Farnborough. I find them so easy to deal with.
This time I wasn't sure between two types of floor and Kelly helped me decide.
The pricing is really clear and I appreciated the expertise for what I need given at the moment my spare room is bare floorboards.

Excellent service by both the home visit salesman and fitting team to select and install carpets in four bedrooms, two walk in wardrobes and a lobby. All very professional, helpful, respectful and experts in their fields providing advice when asked on their experience. The fitting team were exceptional doing a brilliant job, removing all waste, hoovering up and leaving the rooms looking spectacular with a quality product and finish that was perfect and looks fabulous.
