Swift and concise service
Simon from the Nottingham store visited to do a measurement check before we confirmed the fitted carpet order.

I received exemplary service from Charles at the Clapham Common store. He was courteous, friendly and very proficient in answering my questions via phone and email.
I purchased the Santa Monica carpet for my bedroom. What an absolute treat, as this deep -pile carpet is divine under foot, as it feels so luxurious and comfy! Previously, I would dread stepping onto the laminated flooring in the winter months, as it was so cold.
I am so impressed that I have told my friend about the quality and texture of this carpet, and now she is considering purchasing carpet for her bedroom also.
I strongly recommend that if you live within the vicinity of the Clapham Common store, you pop in and speak to Charles. Great selection and variety of flooring options, and you can can get your order wrapped up with install, all in good time.
I will be most certainly back again for more flooring.

Fabulous customer service
Honestly, the best customer service from Tapi Carpets Shrewsbury! From start to finish, everything was just so easy. Ordering was straightforward, the staff were so friendly and really knew their stuff. They gave us great advice and recommended the perfect flooring for us.
It’s so nice to deal with people who are genuinely helpful and make the whole process so simple. We couldn’t fault anything and are really happy with the service we received.

Great visit from Simon of Tapi Carpets. Arrived on time, was respectful of our house. Measured the floor for the new carpet, which we had already chosen, and talked us through what else was needed (grippers, underlay, etc). Explained the differences in payment for the carpet and the fitters separate payment to be made on the day. Very happy with the service. Recommended!!
