Website graphics poor for ordering
Had to order the same product twice at a total cost of £66 because the website software doesn't display the text in the final image making it difficult to spot typos. The text is shown in a text box but I found it inserting line breaks mid sentence and inserting "and" next to &. The frame I ordered was a wedding present and I won't be buying from chatterbox ever again.

Antwoord van Chatterbox Walls
Hello, thank you for your order. I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed your order, I would like to clarify a couple of points. Before an order is placed, our website displays a live on-screen preview of the design exactly as it will be produced. We manufacture every personalised item to match the design that is created and approved during the ordering process.
We always encourage customers to carefully check, double-check and even triple-check their design, spelling and layout before completing their purchase. We also provide a short period after an order is placed during which amendments can still be made if needed.
Because every item is individually personalised, we produced your order exactly as it appeared in the preview which you approved. For that reason, we're naturally disappointed to receive a one-star review when the finished product matches the design that was created and confirmed by you before production.

Great item, great customer service
Really happy with the framed photo collage, which arrived really quickly!
Customer service was outstanding - the frame was damaged during delivery - despite the fragile labels, it appears a heavy package was put on top of it. Chatterbox replied immediately to my message, were very professional and apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault!) and dispatched a new frame the following day!
Very happy and my mum loved the gift.

Very happy customer …
First time ordering through Chatterbox walls and it was a good experience. Website was easy to use. You got the option to amend your order if need be and delivery was a quick turnaround. My frame arrived within a couple of days. We opened it yesterday for my son’s 18th birthday and were highly delighted. Would definitely use this company again.

Ships out very quickly
Ships out very quickly. Beautiful boarders to choose from. I started a poem and had to leave the site for a little bit when I went back what I started was saved excellent feature. My only complaint is my poem chosen in a regular frame, the writing was a little hard to read 4.9 star.
