300013363, ordered and paid for a 4 drawer divan, they delivered a plain base, no drawers, rang there phone, no answer, emailed support@cheapbedsale
Still no reply, tried 3 times before posting review. Still nothing.

Bed is great, really comfy. My daughter loves it. Slight damage to one of the drawers but it was quickly replaced. Customer service was excellent, couldn't have been more helpful.

We had bad experience with our mattress so I wouldn’t buy of them again due to springs coming through materials of mattress then couldn’t find site to get I touch about what had happened so ended up have to go out spend more money on another mattress. That was only about two weeks we had mattress for when that happened to us

Bought the bed as needed a new one, and can't be happier. The bed is amazing and so comfortable to sleep on

Horrendous experience. What you see online and order is not what you get. I ordered a specific mattressfor my medical needs, nearly 2 months on im still sleeping in a chair because company will not collect and refund, so i can buy the correct mattress. They supply their versionof the mattress you order and the quality is horrendous

I brought a matress at the end of June I didnt use it until my new bed came middle of July, it seemed brand new but since getting the mattress and using it I have been biting every night. I have tried contacting customer service since then and keep getting fobbed off with i have to wait for an email back we are now at the end of August and still no reply! Awful customer service avoid this company at all costs!!

Dreadful company to deal with. Ordered a set of guest beds, first set arrived filthy dirty so refused to accept them. Second set arrived 4 days later, appeared ok so accepted delivery when we opened the plastic the bed base was damaged, a big hole in the cardboard base. The slats appeared to be made from pallet wood and far too far apart to be safe or comfortable. Very flimsy and really not fit for purpose. Was told a courier would collect them the next day, he arrived with a full van so couldn't take them, promised to return later to collect. I'm still waiting 3 days later, fobbed off with lies. Appalling service. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices, you get what you pay for, cheap shoddy goods.

Avoid - inferior products and came damaged and they refuse to uplift or give refund. They breach numerous consumer legislation and don't return emails or letters.

Bed damaged and filthy tried all week to get replacement keep fopping of with one e mail every other day making excuses I am taking this company to trading standards it is obvious to me this company is fraudulent and the workmanship is not fit fir purpose and not as advertised what you receive is disgusting, I had explained to them it was for my grandson to come stay after not seeing him fir months he couldn’t come as didn’t replace , it’s now been a week and no further since receiving damaged goods, and dosent look like I am going to get replacement as not been in touch to confirm any delivery or time after repeated emails and phone calls left messages but nobody there, please don’t use these people there very clever they tell you what you want to hear and are very dishonest

Bought a 3000 pocket sprung mattress from them it only lasted 1 year ,and when i cut it open it was cheap coil sprung covered in tat padding. Contacted them and just got lip service. Taking it further as its fraud. BEWARE.

Ordered a bed for my daughter in a crushed velvet dark grey with matching headboard delivery guy turns up dumps it all on the doorstep

I call the company they told me nothing they can do have to email them for a 2 day exchange so I now have a bed I need to carry 3 floors to bring it back down again in 2 days if they ever get back to me or exchange it

Not happy. I ordered a king size bed in hurry as my husband a front line key worker was sleeping on the floor in a separated room in the house for families safety. I chose this company for the fast delivery but once I ordered the bed I was emailed to say it would be a week before I would receive it. Bed eventually turned up in appalling packaging (ripped, damaged and taped up with 6 miles of tape!) after a battle unpacking the bed I was horrified at the state of it. The side brackets were bent so the bed would not fit together properly, two of the legs were uneven and worn, bits of the wood were showing where the fabric wasn’t covering it, puckering of material in at least 2 places and loose material where it hadn’t been attached properly and the whole bed was stapled within an inch of it’s life!!! In short I could have done a better job making the bed!! I immediately tried to phone them but no one answered so I emailed requesting a return and refund. I did receive a reply fairly promptly and was asked to provide photos which I then did ( 10 photos) after I sent the pictures I didn’t receive a reply for days. I asked for a response and resent the photos again just in case but still did not receive a reply! Eventually I emailed them telling them I was contacting tradings standards and low and behold I got my reply! I was told to package the bed back up and they would have it collected. Easier said than done packing up a king size bed for a 5ft woman on her own let alone finding anything to pack it with! I then had to take more photos and email them when it was packaged! They told me a collection and refund had been arranged so I waited. 4 days later I emailed as I had heard nothing back and they told me it will take 10 working days for the courier to contact me by email to arrange a collection! 10 days later and a very lovely delivery driver just arrived to collect the bed with no warning leaving me to have to carry the bed from my house onto the drive on my own!! A long story short this is probably the worst service I have ever received and I’m still waiting for the refund!!! Not happy!!!!

I have ordered a divan bed with headboard , the delivery was very fast but when the item arrived the headboard was faulty and the mattress far from what was on the website too soft it was like plastic bag full of water very unstable and uncomfortable , it has been two weeks I want to communicate with them to return the order they do not accept and exchange still no reply. they do not have answer the number on the website. so no way to do anything. I hate to leave bad review but I am quite upset because i end up sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks. still no response from cheap bed sale.

Perhaps I am naive yet I think it rare for a company to describe a product and then deny that they did so. This company is one of those that do exactly that. In the listing the depth of latex was not specified despite the mattress being described as latex, so I rang to confirm, I was told that the latex was 4" deep, so I ordered. When I found the latex was one and five eight inches deep I rang to ask if they had sent the wrong mattress they said the mattress was correct and that no one recalls mentioning 4" to me. The cost of returning the mattress was skirted by all of Cheap Bed Sale's staff who said that I could return the mattress or accept a goodwill discount of £25. When I asked directly I was told that I had to bear the cost of returning the mattress as it was correctly supplied. A mattress is a large item. Any hassle factor in returning is not a good reason for keeping, I could not re-vacuum pack it so it was larger going back. I would advise recording any pre-sales conversation with these people, also giving their latex mattress a wide berth as the depth of latex supplied is minimal even though it is described as a latex mattress. This was a lose lose situation, Cheap Beds made a loss, I cut my losses as regards return costs and they get a poor review . Because of the politeness of staff and the quick refund I give 1 star, this was a negative experience for me.

I've recently purchased a king sized bed and mattress for a very good price and overall the transaction was smooth
Delivery was a bit bumpy due to one item missing in first delivery and second time getting another headboard.. Currently between emails but the staff are so far helpful and we have managed to set up the bed regardless of the missing item so it's ok so far. It's very comfortable ❤️
