Delivered my sofa with great care, very quick and efficient, gave a time slot the night before so I knew when to be in and called 1 hour before arrival, satisfied customer and would definitely use again and recommend.

No delivery received. Driver called to give 1 hour notice. Colleague called back 30 minutes later, driver still said 1 hour notice. Driver was informed to call when arrived to site. No phone call received and no delivery. Were is our item?

Took long to get question answered
The delivery drivers were polite and attempted to answer my question quickly, but it took too long for them to get an answer on whether our mattress could be taken up 2 floors. I understand the final decision, but it took too long to get there.

Told at first delivery was cancelled but about hour later driver phone to say on way.when arrive drove to back of house down a smallish lane .unloaded into garage where I asked it to go. 3 man team all polite and helpful would Ave been 5 star if no confusion at start

Was kept informed of my delivery throughout. Was given a delivery window alongside being able to track the drivers. I received a call half hour before delivery. The delivery drivers were very friendly and personable.

Great company
Great company, I like that they call an hour before they arrive, also you can track where they are on the map before delivery. The reason I knocked of a star is because not being to find my actual house properly, both times I’ve had deliveries from these guys it’s happened, and the simple fact is that they can’t read properly, apart from that friendly drivers, and deliver on time.

One box with 2 chairs were delivered but the 2 had been delivered to elsewhere but the driver realised his mistake and went and got them. I don’t know what would have happened if we were out

My delivery was outside of the slot…
My delivery was outside of the slot given, the call to say they were on their way came at the end of time slot & they were still 30 - 45 mins away. The tracker stated I was delivery 1 of 1 !!!!!!!
The delivery men were polite, friendly and delivered my goods efficiently.
