Great service turned up on time and placed my delivery where I asked them to .

Seamless, efficient and effective. Both Emmanuel and Jide know their stuff, so helpful and friendly too. Pleasure to meet them and help us with our new bed. Truly first class.

Good communication, the delivery driver and partner were friendly and brought the items into the room they were to be sited in.

Not the delivery and installation that I expected. They were late arriving after giving a specific time of between 8am and 10am. They told me I was the first delivery as well! Sky advised me that they would install and set up the tv but all they did was put it in place then left! Sky misinformed me! Not a good service for the customer!

Brilliant service. Was updated all the way from ordering to delivery . The lady and gentleman that delivered were super friendly . Will use again

Three delivery committments, none met. I received messages stating 'due to unforseen circumstances we cannot deliver your item as planned' Nothing further, no proposal for rescheduling. I called the 'customer service' who insisted the I must understand their poicies and procedures. Each time the delivery was resheduled and each time the unforeseen message. The single worst delivery experience I have had, and that's sayinng something.

Terrible service. Broke their delivery promise!
I bought a bed expecting the advertised service: delivery to my room of choice and packaging removal, this was because as pensioners we would struggle to do this ourselves. Instead, the drivers refused to take the mattress upstairs. Even after I explained that we’ve easily moved three other mattresses up these stairs in the past year, they wouldn’t budge. Completely unacceptable service. Save your time and money—avoid this company

This company delivered a mattress (via Mattresses online).
Great communication and delivered on time within the two-hour window.

Bunch of cowboys, delivered my first washing machine took the transit bolts off before carrying down steps, damaged the drum. Refused to collect it and install the replacement. Made arrangements for delivery, never turned up. Eventually turned up with the replacement the next day, left the transit on damaged replacement. Left me out of pocket for uninstallation fees for 2 machines. Left me without the use of a kitchen sink for 3 days.

Awful experience. Moved my delivery days so I moved my plans around that’s fine, gave me a 2 hour window but turn up 2 hours early and not happy I’m not there ringing me then abandoning my 45kg bed outside on top of a planter damaging the plants and planter.
