AIT Home Delivery Customer Service Team, absolutely shocking customer service.” I have no complaints about the bed or mattress themselves, but the experience of having them delivered by your company was an absolute nightmare. Your recorded telephone message describes your company as a leader in home delivery and repeats three times that you value your customers’ time, but my experience gives me no reason to believe that claim. I waited eight days for my complete order, endured four failed delivery attempts, and on one occasion you even delivered the bed without the mattress. Where was the respect for my time? As Sonno would not collect my old bed, I removed it from my bedroom before the scheduled delivery to make room for the new one. Your delivery then failed to arrive, leaving me without a bed the first night and I had to buy an inflatable bed the day after and sleep on it for eight days. I spent countless hours on frustrating phone calls with both your company and Sonno. Nobody seemed capable of providing clear answers or taking responsibility.
All I received were endless apologies, vague explanations, and empty promises, and in one occasion a very rude person, with absolutely no effort to resolve the situation quickly. As someone who works with customers every day, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and reliable communication, especially when spending their hard-earned money. Repeatedly saying that you value customers’ time means very little when your service shows such disregard for it. To make matters worse, after all this inconvenience and expense, Sonno refused to offer any further compensation. They refunded only the £35 fee for assembling the bed in my flat. The entire experience was exhausting, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. I would never expect such appalling service from a professional delivery company. An absolute nightmare from beginning to end.

Sometimes an APP does work
Was able to track progress of the delivery vehicle and and the driver gave me a call an hour ahead to say they were on their way to my home. Once they arrived, they were fast and efficient. How home deliveries should be.

Carefully delivered my new range cooker. Unpacked and removed all rubbish, and took away my old range. A credit to your company.
