Prompt delivery
I was given an approximate time for delivery. I was notified that my delivery would be made within the jour and it was. The 2 gentleman that made the delivery were friendly and polite.

Kept us up to date with times of delivery etc. 2 Men were extremely helpful and courteous. Took the bulky 3 boxes upstairs in the house to the bedroom with a smile and a 'its no bother' . So grateful as we are elderly and would never had managed it.

Not the best experience
Delivery window was delayed a further 2 hours meaning I had to miss an appointment. I was told I could not let them into the building remotely when I was not present as a signature would be required. A signature was not required. Delivery guy spoke practically no English so struggled to communicate with him.

The delivery driver lied that he had…
The delivery driver lied that he had been to the house and I wasn’t home. I work from remotely from home so I was there all day. Now AIT are saying that I need to contact the supplier as AIT cannot arrange a new delivery.

The delivery driver couldn't get the…
The delivery driver couldn't get the boxed up sofa through the front door. He told my husband that he wasn't allowed to unpack it to get it through. When my husband started to unpack it, the delivery driver told him he wasn't allowed to either !!! He went to grab my husbands arm and was told he better not. He then drove off leaving the furniture in boxes in the road. Don't know what the solution would have been if he had been delivering to a person not capable of unpacking it in the street and putting it all together. Shocking service.

Excellent Service....
From the moment my order was processed I was kept up to date with it's journey!
Timely text message information and a phone call to say I was next and how long it would be to actual delivery.
Two really nice guys delivered the TV, very polite and personable. The experience you wish for from a service delivery company.
This is my first experience of AIT Home Delivery and can only hope that other companies aspire to their high standards!
