I Never Choose AIT Home Delivery UK LTD , But LG .Com Did ,I Paid Over 400 quid for My New LG Washing Machine & to be Delivered by AIT Guys They bought in my New LG Washing Machine boxed up on There Trolly,My Old Washing Machine was Discontinued already in Front of the place Where the new one was to be Placed in My Small Kitchen, I told them both You Need to Take my New Machine Out again as the Old Machine Needs Removal First! The First Polite Guy Went into My kitchen & the other Guy was Rude & Reversed Back & Turned into My Living room Entrance Where I was standing & Pushed my new machine Towards Me I Nearly fell Backwards so I grabbed the plastic box Ties to Save Myself so I ended up pulling the Box out of the Way Which gave me Grave Pain from my Back, Anyway cut the long story Short My Machine was unpacked in kitchen I moved the empty box to outside my front door One Guy asked me for the Clip that holds the waste pipe on I said there Wasn't one as the Old hose was Super glued on & had be cut off, The Guy asked for a screw driver & a Clip So I sorted one out of my tool bag , Anyway they fitted my Machine & Switched it On I said NO LEAKS ? Guy said NO (Don't know how he knew as he not run any Water into the Machine ? )So they both Left, I thought put a wash on in My New Machine it Started on its Cycle After the First Spin Water Started Dripping from the Waste pipe Connection in the Cupboard under the Sink So I had to Get a bowl to Catch the Drips ,So each Time I do Washing I have to Watch the Bowl Doesn't Overflow!!! I am Disabled & I can't get in Cupboard to FIX.So I will Have to Phone a Plumber.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Clear information about the delivery provided by emails including a two-hour delivery slot the night before. As promised a phone call was received 40 minutes before arrival to confirm they were en route. The package and contents were undamaged indicating that care had been taken.

Good booking process
I really liked the booking process and the regular updates throughout the delivery journey. Up until the actual delivery, I thought the service was excellent.
However, despite being given the option on the listing to specify which room the item should be delivered to, the delivery team left it on the landing and refused to take it upstairs. This was very disappointing, especially as I had selected the room-of-choice delivery option.
If delivery to the specified room isn't actually available, then why is it offered as an option on the website? The service promised online didn't match the service I received.

Unpleasant experience
Had a bulky item delivered from Amazon. The courier absolutely had no manners, was disrespectful of my property and careless with my delivery. Not only I wasn't asked where I'd have liked the item to be put, but also it was dumped by onto the floor and pushed further into the room without any consideration that it could get damaged and that it was scratching the newly fitted flooring
