Genuinely the worst delivery service. 4/4 deliveries through this company have come at least 6 hours after the designated delivery slot. Drivers have given a wide variety of excuses including - flat tyre, roadworks, traffic, system gone down and my personal favourite we stopped to save an animal.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I took the day off work specifically to be home for the three-hour delivery window I had been given. I was then told my delivery was delayed by three hours, so I contacted customer service to find out when I could expect it. On multiple occasions throughout the day, I was assured that I would be given at least one hour’s notice before the delivery arrived.

I was advised it would arrive just before 5pm. I explained that I needed to collect my pregnant partner from work and asked whether it could be delivered later. I was assured my order had been rescheduled as the final delivery of the day and would arrive between 7pm and 8pm.

Despite being repeatedly promised one hour’s notice, the driver, Marius, did not call until 5:50pm—when he was already attempting to make the delivery. I missed the call but rang back at 6:02pm and explained that I would be home within 20 minutes. I asked whether he could wait, and he agreed. However, when I was only five minutes away from home, I received a message saying my delivery had been cancelled.

I immediately tried calling Marius. The phone rang twice without an answer, and on my third attempt, his phone had been switched off. I then contacted the helpline, who also said they were unable to reach him.

Although Marius may not work directly for the company, his performance today has completely tarnished its reputation and reflects extremely poorly on the service it provides.

After taking a full day off work, being given several different delivery times and repeatedly being promised one hour’s notice that was never provided, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Marius agreed to wait but then cancelled the delivery without warning, ignored my calls and made no attempt to explain the situation. I am extremely disappointed and expect this complaint to be investigated, my delivery to be rearranged as a priority, and appropriate compensation for the considerable inconvenience caused.
