Delivery drivers were not very friendly…
Delivery drivers were not very friendly or helpful and, when I asked if the kayak could be taken down to the grass area of my garden - down two sets of three steps - they were clearly not happy to do so. I then asked them just to leave it on the patio - and off they went.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery on an item, sender got it to AIT within time scale. Had a text saying delivery between 2 and 4. Then 2 hours later another one "sorry delay wait 48hours for an update" I did call and get through but the lady I spoke to was useless and didn't know what day of the week it was nevermind able to help!! Still no delivery or even a delivery update. Terrible first time experience! *you have replied saying email.. I have! A couple of times! And I have rang 3 times!!* and im STILL waiting for my delivery that I paid next day for.. its now been 48 hours and still nothing. Nobody can tell me WHEN its arriving!* In my email youll see my name as Suzanne. From the order!!
