I recently booked a business class flight through this guys, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the initial booking process to the actual flight, everything was great and exceeded my expectations.

You first booked me home landing in Boston to JFK. When I complained about flying into JFK, you booked us thru Chicago with a very tight transfer in Madrid. We never approved the flight as it had a 4 hour layover in Chicago. We called and wrote several times and no response. We ended up missing the flight in Madrid and they lost all three bags. Your agent went silent and did not repsond to changing the flight and we got screwed. Horrible service with no follow up. And the agent charged us another $2600 to make the change. This was the worst service I ever had. Shame on you

They failed to respond for 2 months.
Eventually I realized after being mislead and ghosted that the possibility of not getting a ticket was high.
I went ahead and booked my flights myself.
The price per ticket had risen $3000.00
In that time.
Make sure you read the other reviews.
Still I really appreciate you not following thru, there would have been a high likely good that you would have absconded with my money.
